They stole me 0.6BTC that I got trading.....
Unless they don't fix in the next few days, you can complain.. They just made errors with the snapshot moment of the accounts.. Some had traded/exchanged coin then and have BTC and/or HXT missing, some have affiliate payouts missing.. Some, like me had interest paid out, but it was not added to the account. So.. When i withdrew, my value is now NEGATIVE! I'm sure they will fix all this, otherwise they won't make it to next week from all the complaints, etc. |

Wow. I exchanged some HXT for BTC and withdrew it - before the maintainence. Now i got all my HXT back, very nice profit Cool.. Do note: they are still working on it till Thursday. They CAN still recalculate. They reacted to me that they will reset my account to fix the negative 47.70USD so i can actually use what i earned without being in the red.. EDIT: They fixed my negative wallet.. Only now i have a negative interest rate, so the result is the same.. I'm sure they will fix! Plan to do a Hextra review soon on Steemit, once most bugs are squashed..  |

Yes, using FB. It was a canned response, copy/paste.. But It's partially fixed here.. They might be very busy. I advised them to use a ticket system instead of FB. In my case, first the account showed a -47.70USD everywhere from the earnings i exchanged to HXT. That's fixed. Now i only see it if i want to reinvest or transfer coin i earned (so that still needs to be reset to 0). |

yea they missed it ... i was able to get some money out before it went down, and now i got all those hex back ... i aint mad ... they act like scam this scam that ... only like 5% of all crypto projects actually have a product out. people tend to forget at this point it's a casino ... enjoy your wins ... don't hold on to your losses HODL HEX  |

Well i wouldn't say it's an amazing opportunity exactly, it is a good opportunity yes but highly risky and speculative. I understand people doing all the 'scam' warnings...i knowingly invest in Hextra, Regal, Bitconnect etc knowing full well the risks and the liklihood they are all ponzis. I'd like to make it clear for anyone looknig to invest to be aware that any of these are high risk so be careful. Happy to help offer advice/guidance if you need it. |
