The problem is BTC has been stuck there and couldn't withdraw until I buy 50 coin. The problem is you want to buy coin but you cannot buy it. I regret sending BTC here and a waste of time.
Indeed, got through several times but it never bought, only crashed.. What kind of 1996 internet connection do they have? 2 times i saw a bar at the top running.. No coins ever exchanged. Amateur hour.. Did buy some Westerncoin.. Unfortunately now half my coin is locked in Hextra |

In Westerncoin menu, go to “ICO crowdsale”, then press on the green bottom, called “Contribute ICO” It’s just over 10 last transaction
In the “WNC Amount” you add 50 or more and then press submit
Wrong thread. This concerns Hextra! |

Hextracoin should fix their issues today or tomorrow or i'll be getting out ASAP. Want my 300 tokens for my 0.065BTC. Then i'm good.
It's now almost 2 hours later, still no coin or website.
I'm almost thinking of labeling it HextraCON..

3 times today I pressed buy, and each time hextracoin page crashed.
And now I can see it’s all over.
I pressed buy like 10 times. No buy and i don'ty think they sold out either? They shouldd fix the issues with their site and extend this price of 0.95cents. Not fair otherwise! I wont buy in over more than 1,10USD. |

Also no support button or email to contact the admin.. What a clusterfuck! I had like 8 times i got through and immediately crashed.. One time with 300 tokens it SEEMED to go through. 1 time with 100. A member of our investment team thought that he got through as his BTC were gone.. After a while could login again and bam, BTC was back and no coin. They should offer people a chance to withdraw their BTC if they don't fix it tomorrow! This is just amateur shit..  |

They should at least let people get out if it's THAT hard for them to keep the website up. Remove the 50 token limit to withdraw BTC, as i'm unable to get in anyway! They may have bad bandwidth or internet, but that's no excuse.. Confirms took long today, was 2 hours to Hextra but almost 4! hours to WesternCoin.. Due too that i missed the 0.85 cents window and got less. Coin. As this it Westerns fault, i mailed them about that. It was already confirmed on the blockchain before the site was updated! Seems Hextraco(i)n is less professional.. |

I got in 10 times and it crashed everytime i never got my coin in those 2 hours. It's bad bandwidth issue. I refreshed every second or so. Could be that there were less noble reasons why it's a total clusterfuck right now. Maybe location based or accounts linked to the admiins? I hopoe not, but i have seen this before.. If i don't get in tomorrow at the same rate or max 1USD, i hope they stop keeping the BTC hostage. I rather invest it in a coin that can be purchased. |

I too agree that they should let you withdraw  but I also only put in what I felt like I could lose. If anything, once it goes on an exchange, then I will buy some and try it out then since my BTC will still be there, LOL  |

Finally I did it at my 1600 attempts.
I think a reason why so many people can't buy this coin because of everyone thought it will be the same as regalcoin . that's why a server always overload and crashed.

THIS IS SUCH A SCAM, the dev team probably buying there own tokens, less that 1 min past and 300,000 sold. I hit refresh right at the zero on the countdown like told by others. It came up, went to submit my order, Error 522 message came up! And page came back 1min 30sec in and showed sold out for the day. I just want my BTC at this point!
