hi all
my friend cannot buy the HXT after multiple tries, can i transfer 50 HXT to him so he can withdraw his BTC ? He wants to quit here.

I have to admit its really frustating to buy the HXT. I tried multiple times and only managed to buy it 2 times.
I guess thats it for me.

So what happens to the BTC in Hextra for those unable to purchase at least 50 HXT? Gone? Never returned?

I hope there's not glitches in getting my BTC back. By the look of things I don't think I will be able to get any HXT. Been trying the last couple of day and it never gets confirmed.

I sent .055 BTC to them at 2PM EST OCT 13th, the confirmations were slow, but completed around 3:20PM.   Its now 5PM, and I dont see the BTC in the hextracoin wallet.  I still see "No incoming Bitcoin transaction found"

has anyone else had this issue.  I see that the transaction is complete and the address just has the .55BTC in it, so I dont think its a scam address.

This is the least of your worries. Read this thread.
Well at least you know where your bitcoin is.  Mine is in limbo for the moment.

Hopefully you guys can get your bitcoin out.  I see their facebook page is fill with disgruntled people as well.  They should have a day where the buy limit is 50, so people can get their BTC out.

That will be after it hits the exchanges and you have to buy 51 coins on an exchange and send them over just to put your BTC out.

RIP to your Bitcoin Gold.

It's theirs now.

It was gone the moment I sent it. It's was a small fraction of BTC so I'm not too concerned.

My BTC now shows up on the Hextracoin website.  Took 3 hours total, 1 hour for confirmations and 2 hours for reasons unknown.  I was hoping to try today.  Maybe tomorrow. Good luck to us all!

In the initial ANN post does not mention the value of the token, so what would be the value of it? Can you inform the soft cap of the project?

Stop sending money to this wallet and read this thread!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(HEXTRA) BUYER BEWARE:
Hextra don't mention this prior to transferring your BTC to their wallet. You can not withdraw your BTC from their wallet until you have purchased 50 HXT.
They haven't limited the amount of people that can join and send BTC to their HXT wallets so the servers crash immediately at the start of each stage.
This appears to be a ploy to take your BTC and generate BTG during the fork, which they clearly aren't going to transfer you.
Their only point of contact is clearly a bot or somebody copy and pasting the same rubbish.

Well it does say it on the page.  On the page where you deposit the bitcoin, there is a box that says "send bitcoin".  In that box, it says "You must bought at least 50 HXT from ICO before you can transfer BTC."

To me, that was pretty obvious.  But I didnt know that people were having such problems buying. IMO, this looks like it requires a lot of luck to get in.... and to get out.  Good LUCK!

Indeed. If you watched it all week, you noticed their servers stayed as buggy as ever..
They did however upgrade their CloudFlare package with customized messages, etc..

PRIORITIES!

The 50 HXT issue presents itself when
1) They use shitty servers that crash immediately every time the ico starts so it's almost impossible to buy the tokens. 99.999% of people will miss out. You are the 0.001%.
2) They don't limit how many people can transfer BTC to their wallets. Think about it. They probably have 50x more BTC than the cap of their ICO.

It's pretty obvious that they want as much BTC in their possession as possible for the BTC - BTG fork.

It's fucking disgraceful.
RegalCoin worked the same, and there was not any fork in september
This coin will give huge profits, all want it, so its normal to be very difficult to get it.....The most persistent people will get it  Wink

This is the reason why I didn't go in with Hexatracoin. The addresses is messy. The first time I saw in to a coin. Just look at the first character of pictures below. Coins have specific First static characters but not Hextracoin. Good luck to people invested in this project or trying to invest. Look for any other coin in their rich list and you see they have same first character.

you just need to be very very fast to buy this.
I've been trying for like a week and only managed to buy 800HXT in 2 different days.
