To remain positive  you need to associate with positive peoples, surround yourself with positive peoples, do away with negative peoples. Always read multinational books, always listen to multinational speaker, before you know know your cultivation grow, you be full of opthimism.

if u want to be positive, you should start it from your words and attitudes. you should only use positive words when talking and use words that evoke strength and success. normally engage in uplifting conversations with yourself. it will create you as a huge person. always try to live in a positive environment. try to be with positive people.

To ve positive you should start with your self first of all .Accepte where you are, make goals use your body to feel positif ,and I think the key of happiness is to smile more and more in any situation Grin .
 Do things you love to do and surround your self with positif friends .
That's will make us the most happiest peoples in the world

Everything comes from the brain. Newly doctors consider that the most illnesses come's from the state of mind. A positive person recovers better and faster after a surgical intervention then a, let's say, no so happy person. Genetics helps here to but mostly depends on the person....just forget the troubles and enjoy the surroundings.

I think I still think that I have found something useful after I failed. I became aware of how to live healthy by doing fitness

Stay focused on who you are. What is my goal, what will I achieve.I aim to lose weight, and it turns out the fitnes that I live more suitable and more lead to the formation of the muscles of the body.

Think that there is always another way when I fail. By reducing eating or strict diet and mild and regular exercise may be better than fitness.
Keep thinking that I will not be able, I can not.Rest assured that I am capable and I will always remember the benefits of my goals

Yes, is time of difficult situation. And yes, is little hope for any chance for positivity. But if you don't want to change that. You will droped in your mind. You will not see a light down in the hole. If you have children, a woman or a man you love. Etc...
Be happy about that. We live in a world where values ​​are lost. The only real happiness is in the family.
Target your strength and time only on your family and find happiness in it.  Wink

One of the best way to be positive is first of all to avoid being negative. Just avoiding to be be negative would not make you positive automatically, it would just make you neutral. But then, because we are not perfect, you wouldn't manage to stay neutral forever, and if you forbid yourself to swing towards negativity you will have no choice than tho swing towards positivity.

eat some chocolate. Make a cup of tea or coffee, ,, dance, write a story, read a book, listen to music and dance around, make a list of goals,  write a poem, fix something, clean, visit someone in need and help them, watch a happy movie, talk to someone, , or do something you enjoy.

It doesnt matter how hard life is sometimes, if you are still alive you can face any problem because thats what human do, we solve things, just keep trying until what you want works, everytime you feel bad. look at your self, love you body, be thankful for what you have, look around you, if you are using internet you should live in a good enviroment, you should have shelter, food and a computer or phone, that combined with your body and soul is all what you need to solve whatever comes to stop your steps.

Just keep doing what you think is the correct thing and leave whatever harms you, get appart of what cause you pain, leave people, dutys and all what makes you suffer, and be responsible for your choices, if something goes bad it should be mostly your fault and bad luck. But if you are still alive, just calm down and think about solutions, not only the problem.

Positive thinking is about how you perceive a problem.
If an event you are experiencing, you look on only from one side, then what happens is a stuck minded.
However, if a problem is described from several points of view, then you will find the positive things that are in it.

Thinking positive attracts positive things.. Just try to see a good point about everything that happens even if its a bad thing, try to learn a lesson and grow up with situation.
