You can find new about ICOs on other sites, as well as here on bitcointalk. Social media is also there to aide you find some interesting ICOs, twitter alone can update you day to day about ICOs.
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

In my opinion, it is a skill that you can develop in time as you join more bounty projects and work with different people. Checking the trust ratings and the admn or moderator of a project would be a good start.

I would just stick to this forum and look in the announcement section.

This is the best because pretty much ICO lists here and you can ask the team anything on their thread. You can also see what other people are saying about the ICO you are interested in. Just do your research.

I find the most interesting and hot ICO projects on this forum. Here the greatest amount of ICOs and discussions about these projects. In addition here I can ask the question directly to the manager of the project if something is not clear to me.

what ICO is interesting all count on your judgement.
Bitcointalk is a good platform for you the find the ICO, and some other channel such as facebook/ twitter is a good way to find ICO.
But which one is good or not, you should learn sufficient information about it which can make great profit

Most of the time, I find interesting ICOs through the Bitcoin Forum, Bitcoin's biggest forum at the moment. In addition, you can also find it on some advertising sites, trading floors, large forums, ... that are interesting places for you to find.

I find interesting ICOs by going through bounty threads. Additionally I follow several bloggers on youtube. Plus I follow several nice web-sites that keep records of most ICOs and then I try to evaluate ICOs.

Bitcointalk is just a platform for getting direct information usually before other media, New coins will usually be announced in bitcointalk.
But, we can see more and more ico are knocking on other media like telegram and sag and twitters. This is great because this telegram and slack is a place where curious people can ask more questions and active groups can help to remove doubts.
Bitcointalk is the only coin information website that I would use because they have announcement threads that discuss the specifics about a project.

I would use this forum to find the best ICOs. You have the ability to ask the team behind the ICO so use it!

I would keep away from ICO rating websites as they are pay to play and only show ICOs who have paid them to be on their site.

I look ICO both here in bitcointalk.org and other websites like icorating.com and icobench.com. ICObench can make you become smarter in terms of investment. It is really a reliable source because the ratings of ICOs are from the professionals and top investors. ICOrating also specializes in evaluating ICOs.

I find interesting and potential ICOs here in bitcointalk,i dont rely to what other's suggestions i like to research deep into ICO's developers and founders and its promising technology so i will have peace on mind investing on it,i suggest dont participate in any ICOs if you dont have the time to do some researching about it because your investment will end up to nothing if you didnt get some solid informations about it.

My main sources are social media sites as well. Try looking at Twitter and Telegram groups (much less Facebook) and this forum.
The more you do this the better you get at identifying the good ICOs like Arcblock, which have great teams and solid technologies.

I compare information from several sources. These are my channels in telegrams, ICO tracker sites and news sites about crypto currency. For me, this way is the most correct.  Smiley

What do you mean by saying interesting? Are you planning to earn or just for fun/usefulness?)
