Reddit daily discussions are usefull too

In addition to Bitcointalk. I often get from my friends in social media as well as I often look for information on the website about ICO

I'm in a social media group where people are keeps on discussing about good points in trading and as well as interesting ICO that are starting very soon. I will get the idea from them and later on will do my own research and will read the whitepaper and other stuffs regarding those ICO. You should be a book worm or you have to make reading as your habit so personally you would know about interesting ICO.

You all can get information about Running ICOs from this site http://bountylord.com/, all information about new and running ICOs is available on Bounty Lord.

I haven't read or visited that website but I checked it a while ago and it's quite new and good to me. A very plain and simple list of ICOs which is very good. What's good about the website is it is also including and listing those scams but putting it an highlight of red color. Will use this site and will spread it to my friends, well there's a lot of things that I still doesn't know when it comes to bounties listing but only for it. Thanks for this!

Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO  announcements !
here: https://bitcointalk.org
bitcointalk.org is the right choice, to find out more about ICO and CryptoCurrency, because I think bitcointalk.org is a summary of news content from various media taken by the members, and they write it in the bitcointalk.org forum.

CoinMarketCap.com is the website that you'd want to use so you could get the latest information on the newer coins that release.

I use the ammouncment section of this site.

I find that ICO rating websites are pretty rubbish, and it just depends how much the ICO pays to how highly they are rated.

Also because this is a forum, you can ask questions to the ICO you are interested in and i suggest you do that to find any weakpoints of the project.

One project I am looking at is Crowdholding, their ICO launches on the 1st of November. Hope this helps you!

Bitcoin forum is a best and unique place for getting enough knowledge about bitcoin or any ICO or market value. It is the unique place where you can ask your question and get a detail answer from various senior members of this forum which have a great knowledge about bitcoin.

As usual I search icobench.com. Sometime it seems to me that all the placements on big sites are payed but we have to find new sources of information.
in icobench u can see a rating that can help u to find a good projects and start to investigate it. looks at the top of upcoming, among of them i prefer confideal the most. this forum is also a good source of information

You can check on ICO calender at tokenmarket.net and ICO bench.com it tells you the ongoing, upcoming and past token sales with their rating but remember to do your due diligence. Much information is obtained here at bitcointalk forum

Actually I don't refer too much on a website that offers free insights about the ICO.

Still the best reference was the bitcointalk ANN thread itself since we want a Announcement where people can share comments to each other.  So for those who doesn't have an idea, they will have a chance to know more about the project by asking questions which will also verified if that is correct by our professional crypto people here in the community.
