Over time, you will have permanent suppliers of good IKO. Just remember the places where you found them.

You could find interesting ICO in alternate cryptocurrencies then bounties in this forum. You could see all of the upcoming, running, and ended ICO campaigns their. You could also see who is the campaign manager for that specific campaign and the time and date of when it started. If you choose one, you will see in the thread the rules and payments they offer. ICO launch platforms are listing them at the upcoming section. I go on their websites, read the whitepaper, bitcointalk forum, Medium, etc. I also search to see if they have prototype for the product, if they are a well established team coming from a technical company or if they are supported by a company which decided to do business in blockchain. Because like this the chances for the project to happen are high and worth the investment. No matter how good the idea, if just a bunch of people will do some stuff in their free time, with no business skills and so one, it is for nothing. And regarding the advisers from the team, let's be honest they are not truly involved in the project, they are just marketing for the ICO. I will keep investing in ICOs, because they are the future of blockchain. And the future of this market depends on the success of this projects in my opinion.

Depending on how well the project is marketed I usually find these on my Facebook news feed or on some popular crypto channels such as the cryptonews and sometimes etherscan does run an ad of running ICOs...

Indeed, when an ICO is spending money through advertising in social media and offering good bounties would make their ICO project an interesting because they do efforts to reach out to their future investors.

We can find interesting Initial Coin Offering or ICO here in bitcointalk forum. You may also find it to some social media where unregulated means by which funds are raised for a new cryptocurrency venture is available.

Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO  announcements !

Of course I find it from bitcointalk annoucements and I search on ICOs rating sites and read their project on many media like medium, steemit, etc.
After that I make some research about their project and learn the team and whitepaper before I dedicated to invest in.

I think you can find more interesting ICO in the bitcointalk announcements and if you already found interesting ICO then start researching about it.

I hear about ICOs primarily on Facebook. You have crypto enthusiast FB friends, then your newsfeed will be mostly about upcoming ICOs.

Yes, but social media is so mixed up with too much things. For me, the best place is bitcointalk forum and some ICO websites, they release the information of the next ico coin offerings.

Usually i search it on this forum (the announcement section) and twitter. If i find something interesting then i will do a further research about the  project itself. I don't like looking at ico review site because most of the time you can pay for better rating or review.

I look ICO both here in bitcointalk.org and other websites like icorating.com and icobench.com. ICObench can make you become smarter in terms of investment. It is really a reliable source because the ratings of ICOs are from the professionals and top investors. ICOrating also specializes in evaluating ICOs.
