A good ico project usually has a lot of ads. their projects can be found on youtube, ads on coinmarketcap, facebook and twetter. they are serious about creating projects by creating their project ads.

Well,Not too far, Bitcointalk is a good place to you find out interesting projects. And the way that I choose which project that I will participate is to that base on the manager of bounty of that project. I choose people who had reputation in this forum

Yes it's true, but some ICO rating web providers also contribute to making a good ICO such as (ICOBench, ICOrating and etc), it's an absolute final decision to discuss in a bitcointalk forum. because all senior members already know about good ICO. it gives us at least 80% of the decision to take part in investing in almost any new project

For me I never see any kind of website like ICO rating sites or similar, I use them for reference to check if there’s a new project around. I would say just take a look at Liven, it’s a project that is simply targeting food industry and I’m interested in such projects because they have potential to take the game forward.
