But you can't invest, or dont trust easily .
you must be carefull, there is too much scam project, you can review by yourself.
read whitepaper, team, roadmap, etc .

Yes lately I do not so agree and love the ico investment, I prefer to invest altcoin in crypto from trading market on should I invest in ico. Since most of the ico project now under token price price ico so it will give you a loss.
