how long does the sale run? 3M euro is a lot.
I think ICO started on 16th OCT '17 and will end on 15th NOV '17 so the ICO is running for a period of 30 days. ICO has been started already and will end up on November 15, 2017.. Good luck everyone.!! Hope to see more good progress. |

Why did you chose Switzerland as jurisdiction for main company? As far as I remember Switzerland is not in EU?

Well, there are many reasons for selecting jurisdiction.
First off all is taxation and legislation. Switzerland offer more competitive taxation and is a little bit more loyal to business than other countries.
The second reason is access to banks.
We also considered the geo position, Switzerland is somewhere in the center of Europe.
Speaking about Swiss are not members of EU, it is not so important. They are members of EEA, that actually gives almost the same rights.
