User "RoboCoder" has an account on the KNC site and can order one unit for us.
Shipping device we can :
1. Place hosted in KNC data-center or in a other data-center in Shweds.
2. Anyone of the shareholders, who live in Europe, can take the device to their hosting.
3. I can take the purchased device to my hosting, but I have to pay customs duty.
However it is possible to be varainty with local pick up. The quickest and cheapest option placement device can pick up later.
Now the most important thing to order unit.
So I open a new group buy. Total number of shares is 100. Hashrate for 1 share is 30 GH/s. Price for 1 share is 0.11 BTC .
If you want to buy shares, send me a PM. Information on shares sold will be here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkwpY6JRicSddG96ZW9sbzhoMFoyT0xLWFVjOFR5LWc#gid=5
Address for fundraising 1EptvuKWueUg7yJe1UBDxCnParSNUn59qB
Thx!

Pido you need to change the thread back to open, with updates.

I would also be happy to host them if everyone is ok with that.  Fyi.. the shipping to me is $171 - it may actually be less expensive to ship to the US because of their being no VAT.  Not sure 100% about this but have received other devices from EU without big expenses or holdups.

Its a good way.
I think that hosting with RoboCoder is a best way.
But first of all we need to collect money and i think RoboCoder can do these GB without me.
Also, Metabank will sell batch 2 soon.

Is the metabank batch 2 going to be 28 nm or basically the same specs as the first batch?

Don't count too much on it unless you Pido have some special strings to pull, as Punin (EU correspondent) said that the situation for free units for batch 2 looks "grim". A plan B is deffo a plus here.
Then again how Pido used the magic dust on our GB, to get the extra hashing power was spectacular to say the least, so maybe Pido has better access to batch 2 than other buyers.

I'd be willing to throw some btc your way to be used towards the purchase of a Neptune unit. I too have a KNC account and could order some if RoboCoder runs into issues (I'm located in Canada). However, at the moment I don't have the proper facilities to host them (working on that) so shipping address would be put to RoboCoder's address.

The only thing is we need to hurry to get in our order early.

Yes, its true. With a second batch is really much more complicated than the first batch. MetaBank already have one big customer - Russian oligarch who bought all the equipment. Perhaps we will be able to buy something, but the chances of it is small. About a week later will know exactly about the possibility of buying the devices from the second batch.
Thx!

I think it will be better if you open your own GB.
Effectiveness of the organization of this group buy Neptune not depend on me.
In other words - I have an unnecessary link in this group buying.

Ohwell, sadly this seems to be the case.

Also what are the chances of us getting additional bitfury hardware? Slim?

Hmm, what if we use a portion of our profits (agreed upon by users) to purchase a KNC Jupiter unit?

What profits ?

Unless my payouts have been wrong we've only got back 1/3 of the investment and it's not going to climb much higher
