Current Status:

Hey @everyone

once upon a time, as bad corporations and evil governments were plunging the world into darkness, there was a group of developers who made a promise. They said they want to develop technologies that will lead humanity into a bright and free future. So they left and locked themselves in a dark basement. They took enough food and coffee for months. They said they will not leave the basement until they have something to present to the mankind.

Today in the morning we heard the secret knock code at the basement door. We opened the door and the developers stepped out into the light, marked by the exertions, but with a smile on their faces. Finally the time has come, we proudly present you the source code of Mercury and the TitaniaOS on GitHub.

The Internet of People (IoP) is a community-based, open source blockchain and decentralization project.
Unlike Bitcoin, where only those with the most resources can mine, IoP’s whitelisting system gives everyone a fair chance to participate, while keeping use of the blockchain itself permissionless. The Chapter system brings blockchain and cryptocurrency to countries and people who are normally neglected, and encourages everyone to work towards a common goal without enforcing top-down control. It also ensures that IoP nodes are geographically dispersed, making IoP incredibly secure and truly decentralized.
Unlike many other crypto projects, we are not just an empty token. IoP also offers groundbreaking peer-to-peer communications and governance technology for a new world of decentralized apps.

Great project with excellent team! Community very active especially on Telegram. No stupid spam messages, just good quality discussion and humor.

But since most people are more interested in the coin then I can say it has huge potential! Had a big rise and after some consolidation it should continue upwards in no time!

IoP is an up and coming game changer offering P2P commerce potentially cutting out the "middleman" even though it is decentralized. Made possible by it's development of the location based network and profile server. It will also be a side chain of the Libertaria project. So much activity lately! been following for some time and excited for the future that is finally rolling out!

I think they'll open up for accepting new chapters soon which will allow people to mine the coin. Should be within the coming week if I'm not mistaken.

Question, i deposited IOP coins 2 times to the same adress on bittrex.. So now my 2nd deposit is missing or something hehe? it probably never going to reach there because you can only send coins 1 time to that adress. Does my transaction gets expired and return to my wallet or something?

These guys are one of the most undervalued coins in crypto. I mean one of their goals is replacing Uber and AirBnB and they have means to do so. There is already beta version of messenger (basically better what's up) and it should be upgraded soon to version that works smoothy on android and iOS version is soon to come as well.

They have already done more work behind the scenes then most of the crypto that have 50m$+ market cap, IoP has low coin circulation, the ugly bittrex logo is hopefully updated soon and the most important of all, community. There is always someone 24/7 on telegram and I mean it, always, not a minute without someone from the community to answer all the questions and you can talk to the devs personally on the discord which I did and made me love the project and ambition and see a huge potential.

Disclaimer: I have heavy invested (at 25k) and did not sell yet, anything under 50m$ market cap I find extreme undervaluation
