I have been following this Project from quite long time and this project looks quite interesting. I have been holding around 1000 IOP coins. We need some positive news to reach new highs, I would like this coin to see around 0.01 BTC in 2018.

The team is focusing on the launch of Hydra and an important marketing campaign is starting ... In the coming days HYDRA airdrop for IOP owners will be launched ....... I believe that a new exchange is not necessary currently.

I made a cold wallet with the IOP Wallet wallet from the iop.global website (https://github.com/Internet-of-People/iop-core/releases/download/v6.1.0/iop-core-6.1.0-win64-setup-unsigned.exe).
I sent IOP from Bittrex to the cold wallet adress.
The tx in block explorer (http://mainnet.iop.cash/) shows the transaction but the explorer doesn’t show an amount in my wallet address.
Why?

It normally should be impossible what you have described.
When the explorer shows your TX it should also list the balance on the address the transaction has sended to.
