Wow, I now see over 400 stake pools in my Daedalus:
In this respect EOS and Tron collectively are second to Cardano Cardano’s Shelly testnet has ten times more staking pools than EOS and Tron
and that number is increasing day-by-day. Charles said he wouldn't be surprised if it reaches as many as 1000. Within a short period of time, we are seeing the increased number of 400 Stake and this Pools will increase in the coming once we see more Android/ iOS App launched. As of now, most of the people are staking their coins under the company released wallets only.

That's awesome news large number of the people showing their interesting this Shelley testnet which will be really helpful for this project to grow rapidly in long term and find a new support level on new upper level. These interesting figures as like people are enjoying the staking on this network.

A new ITN wallet release which fixes staking-related stuff: We've just pushed out a new version of Daedalus (v2.0.1-ITN1) to squash a few common bugs including those affecting balance and stake pool display for some users. It is available to download now from the Incentivized Testnet site. Happy Holidays! https://buff.ly/3978G0a https://staking.cardano.org/en/delegation/

Yes, when we see a live version for stake, we might see more demand for the ADA coin, already the ADA coin has secured 13 positions in the market. Once the live delegation starts we might see more nodes will be added, I hope we might have more than 1000 nodes for Delegating the ADA coin.

These numbers will increase once they start releasing the mobile version because there are many people who don't want to risk their ADA coin in Testing time. Once we see the live versions from the company will have a higher chance to increase that limit easily.

Well, the desktop version of Yoroi wallets (which comes as a browser extension) does provide almost instant configuration of delegation to stake pools, so it's not like that the mobile version will make "a lot of difference".

Hi, I have Daedalus wallet installed on my PC with some ADA on it from a couple of years ago. But the wallet is very slow with synchronizing. I tried downloading the Yoroi hoping that I could import my seed into it. But looks like Yoroi doesnt support 12-word seeds and I have a 12-word seed for my Daedalus wallet. Is there another trusted wallet that is light weight that I could download and import the seed instead of Daedalus?

Hello mate, you can definitely recover your Daedalus wallet through Yoroi! All you need to do is to create a new Yoroi wallet, and then click on the following icon which is available at the top-right: Then, Transfer all funds from DAEDALUS WALLET: ...and finally, the following window should open up where you'll be able to enter your 12-word seed: Hope this helps!

The slow Daedalus synch may be resulted from some installation flaws, at least it was cause for me. Uninstall it completely ( look at #2 task in that thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5201353.msg53071620#msg53071620) and make a fresh install. You may need to reconnect several times the fresh installed client to force it to get the full synchronization.

Hi Raja_MBZ Thanks for trying to help. Just so that I am sure I understood your instructions 100%. That procedure you explained will initiate a new transaction from my Daedalus wallet to the newly created Yoroi wallet. Or is it an export/import thing?

That's correct! It'll initiate a transaction from your Daedalus wallet to your newly created Yoroi wallet. It worked, thank you! I cant remember how much was in the original Daedalus wallet, hopefully Yoroi managed to get it all. Has it happened in the past that it missed to extract the entire balance? I found this to be the path for the Daedalus DB and installation files on Windows. Is this correct? C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming Does Daedalus create any other files on the PC except in that directory?

Yes, Yoroi extracts all of the balance from the Daedalus (minus a small transaction fee), so your Daedalus must be empty now. Moreover, AFAIK, that's the only folder Daedalus creates.

It's the same for every other coin, ADA probably will get bullish when staking goes live, I hope it gets as much attention as Tezos is receiving.

Cardano in 2020 will be a beast per Charles Hoskinson Indeed a Great Year ahead for ADAHoskinson stated that “Cardano in 2020 will be a beast.” ADA is very close to touching the market valuation of more than $1 billion. It is becoming a highly functional network than before. A lot of improvements and implementations will be in the forthcoming year. A more significant number of users will join the system, followed by innovations. However, if 2020 will be a great year for Cardano is something we are yet to see.https://thecurrencyanalytics.com/9498/cardano-in-2020-will-be-a-beast-per-charles-hoskinson-indeed-a-great-year-ahead-for-ada/

According to what I'm seeing in my Daedalus, Cardano has now over 550 stake pools! This is arguably the most decentralized testnet of all-time!
