I agree with you. That the government should allow Bitcoin. Thereby, Bitcoin will have a good impact in the crypto market. And the market value that bitcoin will also increase.

Because BTC was made by american intelligence to easily fund their agents & spies all over the world. That't what Natalia Kasperskaya said at a Kaspersky convention, and i believe it to some extent. After all, if the gov hated bitcoin so much then it was very easy for them to take it down: they may just arrest/blackmail the devteam/distributors of Bitcoin, and/or block the bootstrap node IPs that the BTC wallets require to join the network when they are launched. It would be that easy |

I think and I believe that governments has no capacity to shut down bitcoin and blockchain technology and if its has that capability it could have done that long time ago. Did you think governments will live things that there know will bring freedom to the society and common man? I don't think so. Governments will ever be against bitcoin and other coins and that is why they are promoting bad and false news about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. I don't think government can do much again bitcoin than it has already done! |

They need just to block the bootstrap node IPs to which the wallet connects to at boot time, and voilà, all the wallets in the country don't work anymore. Or they can threaten the BTC core dev team, making them remove the software from github and the official download sites |

Bitcoin is one of the innovations, bitcoin is one of the technologies, and bitcoin is one of the advancements. Bitcoin is proven to provide benefits to make it easier for us to conduct financial transactions quickly, easily, and cheaply. This good thing should get full support so that the government as the official authority should indeed provide space for bitcoin to continue to grow and spread even greater benefits. It's a shame if bitcoin as a great technology must be forced to stop providing benefits because it means that we are experiencing setbacks. Bitcoin as a crypto currency does have to grow and always innovate. I am sure that in the future this bitcoin will be more useful. I think that bitcoin is free from any influence of any government and if bitcoin is free from every side it can be grow but if we impose some strict rules and regulations for it then it's value can be influenced by that also like if we look at the tax issue that government will impose some taxes upon it then it is harmful to the crypto and with this the crypto market also affected but i am sure that if we use bitcoin in transactions we can save more money and it is a safe way the bitcoin community is rising day by day.

I am sure, governments are already started taking steps towards controlling crypto, btc, etc. So the more advanced they become in this, the faster btc goes mainstream. The popularization of crypto will be accelerated by times if governments have financial interests in this. |

because the one who controls bitcoin is not the government, every investor already has his own authority and rights in controlling the circulation of bitcoin in the community. the government can only monitor but cannot touch it

There is nothing to do anything for growing bitcoin. As we know bitcoin is decentralized and the user of bitcoin is anonymous. So the government can not track users for taking taxes. Even will not control bitcoin and its activities so the government can observe but will not do something for the growing of bitcoin.

Even government outlaw the use of that cryptocurrency, they can't effectively implement it because they have no control on bitcoin which is decentralized. I think some countries like China will eventually give up on banning cryptocurrencies like bitcoin because their people can buy still buy it in the underground exchanges. Even a court in China ruled in favor of the bitcoin because it is their right to own a cryptocurrency. People get more benefits if other restrictive governments allow bitcoin in their country.

And also they will allow to continue bitcoin because they are watching and learning the regulazion and legaluzation of bitcoin. Because on mynown opinion in terms of government income government will earn more tax coming from every bitcoin transactions.

Bitcoin actually creates more work and reduces poverty as you say because bitcoin helps investors and people who are knowledgeable on bitcoin can grow and expand their income, and more rich people will appear in society, they will create more work, help people and limit poverty. And the government also receives some benefits when people have income, they will be able to collect more taxes, developed for the country, although bitcoin may create some problems for them but it seems insignificant and can be controlled over time, so the government should allow bitcoin to continue grow, there is not much reason to stop it |

It's hard to suppress the growth in the long-term perspective, as there will always be new people who interested. But controlling and making money on btc is easier and more convenient for the governments. So possibly they will go this way, which they do now.

There so many reason why government should allow bitcoin to grow because it can help more people to make money. We all know that theres a lot of people who doesnt have regular job that will sustain their needs. Bitcoin can help them by introducing it to them.

in my country, government do some research about bitcoin. if bitcoin have more advantages than disadvantages, 'maybe' they will accept it (for me, its to late to make research because many people already play bitcoin). they will make new coin if they sure crypto is good for our country.
they make research, like boiled egg is good for us or not, while many people already know the benefit and already use it.

Some countries did but I'm not sure with the other countries. They are yet to see the potential of bitcoin but if they will just let it continue to grow as it is going there, they don't have any means of way to stop it. Instead of stopping it, they just have to let go of it and support it so in that way, they will taste the benefit of bitcoin tax profits. |
