This new thread is looking great but you should try to make a .conf space it is as important as exchanges,social and media,blockexplorer ect.  try to give links to
good places to find nodes.

Why cryptopia always gives way more than fair warning.  As long as the dev lets them know in advance of new updates then there will be no issues
with cryptopia.  This coin is only pos now so cryptopia wont get rid of it cause it cant be 51% attacked anymore.

If anyone is looking to pool their coins, coinsmarkets.com/?ref=86621 is a good spot.  I pool there, I think they are one of the largest pools for 1337 coin.  I also had no issue withdrawing.

It might catch itself but if it's still stuck then downloading the chain snapshot (1337-snapshot10082017.zip at the time of this post) from https://github.com/xenonflux/1337/releases and replace your files with it (you don't have to replace the conf if you have working custom one) would be way faster. If you have the room on your harddrive(s) then keeping a copy of those files gives you your own fallback option btw., especially useful for coins without such good support as 1337 gets from devs and community.

Great to see a new thread for 1337coin. I had an issue with the wallet the other day as it seemed that it forked, I shut it down and restarted it and used repairwallet and that fixed the issue as it was showing the wrong balance. Now all seems to be working perfectly again.

I hope you don't mind xenonflux but I have asked the dev of GP to see if he can create a faucet and staking pool for 1337 coin. He made one for HYP and as all 3 coins are very similar and are all on https://playforcrypto.com/ I thought that it might be a good idea to all team up. The faucet/staking pool is a pretty cool development so you should check it out and like I said I think it will be great for the 1337 community to have.

OK Guys,need your help please.Have held 1337 for a while now for staking.Recently noted that there appears no live connections to the wallet .And sent some coins to an exchange 3 days ago...well I thought I had...but they have not arrived.Is there a problem with either 1337,the wallet or both? I use a MacbookAir.Thanks in anticipation
