might need to update wallet, you should be getting 2. v3 should be released monday anyway too, and you will have to upgrade the wallet then anyway.

delete database files from where ever you pointed the data directory for lux like the database, smsgdb,smsgStore, txleveldb,blk0001.dat, peers.dat, smsg.ini.

this is only because of your wallet

This is one of the issues addressed in wallet version 3.0.
Release is planned on Monday, November 6th and is mandatory (protocol version 69110 is being upgraded to 69200).

will this update address PoS as a  whole? I have staked with 200+ since oct 30 with only one failed reward. I now it is a small amount but not buying anymore until I know that staking works. So far LUX has major issues.

Well I don't have the same problem so it's either something wrong your end or just plain bad luck. I had only 30 LUX in the first week or so and still found 3 blocks staking. I have had another 3-4 since then with my now 100 LUX.

WELL, what are some things I could look for in the wallet? Not new to staking, everything seems to be right, dont think I am having that bad of "luck"
