I buy when I have funds and usually if it's a dip. But it's really hard to predict if the coin is already on it's lowest point and I want to buy on that position and it's really hard to tell.

Buying of bitcoin depends on only one thing and that is enough amount to buy bitcoin. I keep on saving money in order to afford buying of bitcoin. The market price of bitcoin hardly matters for me because I know bitcoin is going to give me good amount of profit no matter at which I price I buy bitcoin. I buy bitcoin soon I have enough capital to buy bitcoin.

According to my practical experienced I have just a small trick that I am using for buying and selling and that is buy more when price is low and sell more when price is high.

So, if you are following this formula you will never face a lose but you have patience because some time the rate is low for a long time so you need to  buy at that time more and more without any fear and whenever the price become high then you can start selling tell the price become again low. Through this you can get more and more profit.

From limited income which is only for my day to day life necessities buying bitcoin is not possible because in my country one bitcoin value about 460000 which a huge amount and I am not in a position to buy just a single bitcoin. I want to buy but for that I will have to wait for some time.

Hey! There is no need to take anything on heart and it is pretty okay if you are unable to buy bitcoin directly. Same situation is in my country where at present bitcoin is of 600,000 plus but people are don’t believe in buying bitcoin directly, that involves a lot of verifications. You can earn bitcoin by joining different signature campaigns plus you may offer your services and get paid in bitcoin.

How do you know that the price won't be more more low and how do you know if the price will be high after we buy the coins? It is not complete source of information how you can do that. All of people has knew about this basic knowledge
In my personal experience the time to open position buy or sell the coins depending on the trend of price, if the price is starting going up i started buy the coins and wait until the price being more expensive, it is based on analysis technical. How about you?

There is no hard and fast rule for buying or selling of bitcoins. It is you who has to make a decision that now is the right time to either buy more bitcoins or sell already having bitcoins. For me, buying and that too at the time when the market price is falling down is really a good thing to do but another thing which counts a lot is your financial status that whether you are in position of buying bitcoins or not.

Surely anyone who invests would want to buy low and sell high. But sometimes things do not go their way. To limit risks you should carefully study the project you intend to invest, closely monitor all activities of the project to have the best investment.

I usually buy my favorite altcoin when I see the bitcoin pump because at this point the altcoin will dump. I will buy it at a cheaper price and wait to sell it for a higher price.

This is the very basic principal that you should go for buying only when the market price is falling down. In my opinion, there is one important factor which plays a very vital role in this kind of thing and that whether you are having this much of budget that you can afford buying of bitcoin or not. If you have enough resources at the time when market price is low, then buy at that time.

I don’t think it would be better to buy now. Prices of bitcoins are more than affordability level right now. But that varies from person to person. For some this price is just normal and they will buy and hold for long time and then they will be making great profits. But for some, this price is much more than buying level so better for them to stay quite now, until price gets low.

Buy always, never sell works better for me :-D And that's how it should be, or at least buy them and spend, unless you just invest in bitcoins and try to get profit from them, but then you need to predict price changes really well or else you will sell at really bad time and will lose potential profit.

I usually buy my favorite altcoin when I see the bitcoin pump because at this point the altcoin will dump. I will buy it at a cheaper price and wait to sell it for a higher price.

in fact, altcoin will definitely go down if the bitcoin is being pumped if the altcoin you trade alt that paired with bitcoin. i.e like eth / btc. ltc / btc, dash / btc etc. But it's different if the altcoin you trade is paired with USD or other local currency. This is proven by some altcoins such as xzc / usd, bch / usd, xrp / usd, which had come up when bitcion was being pumped. So I think this depends on the type of altcoin we are trade.

I usually buy when the price is low. But you really have to wait and have patience because as of right now the Bitcoin price is too high. This is not the best time to buy. However, given the fact that the price is too high, I have strategy so that I can place my money. I will do the average price of Bitcoin for 2 weeks at least you will have idea what is the lowest point because waiting for the price to go down like 3k or 4k, that is too long or impossible for now.
