All of this. Basically, social media plays a big part in cryptocurrency because this is one way for us to let new comers join our growing industry. But facebook should be on the list as well since I believe that this has the largest community over the net and for the sake of conversation, still bitcointalk is the best way to promote an ICO because not all millionaires/investors have time to visit this social media sites instead they spend time here in this forum.

For social media i think twitter is always the best choice because a lot of people use it and the information is easy to share. We can't use facebook anymore because facebook already banned ico ads from their platform. This forum is also a great place to get information because the project always share their full information here.

I think the best social media for ico promotion is through facebook, because facebook is very popular in my country and almost everyone has it. The second is youtube, because the video is the best promotional tool, let alone by providing an interesting video view and easily understood by the audience.

I think twitter and facebook is the best social media to promote ico project, because almost everyone has facebook and twitter, so ico project that want to be promoted can spread to almost everyone.

If you are promoting an ICO, bitcointalk is one of the most special place to be because most of the people here are in to ICO, but if you're preferring the social media I think facebook should be the best because in our todays society almost everyone has a facebook, many people prefer facebook over twitter for me because facebook has more wider audience because for me facebook is applicable to all ages.

It depends on the crowd that you want to attract. If you want to attract newbies, Tweeter is the best Social Media for that crowd. For crypto enthusiast, Bitcointalk and Reddit is the place that you need to focus. But if you only have one choice for crypto enthusiast,  Bitcointalk would be the  first you need to consider.

Better to promote ICO by developers team on Twitter, bitcointalk forum, and telegram. Also good point to have some great blogger on youtube. You can follow this ways to promote your project and usually many investors of ICOs on there. Don't forget to send all possible information to rating sites like IcoDrops

I think best place for promotion will be like bitcointalk forum, reddit or other forums related to cryptocurrencies. Facebook is a vast space where lots of people do not even know what is cryptocurrency, so focusing on it too much doesn't seem to be worth it.

If you are a blockchain fan, I believe you should spend more time on bitcointalk.org and reddit.
But if you want to promote cryptocurrencies to more people, may twitter and facebook will be better.
Telegram and slack, I dont think they are good way.

This forum is the best for promoting an ICO as it has sections made specifically for that and you won't get a better targeted audience than that. Yes you also have others like reddit, steemit, facebook, twitter, etc.
