I think social media is happy to use it for an ico is facebook, because facebook is easy to understand and run it not difficult especially for a project that is in altcoin but since there are rumors about facebook will close the promotion access about ICO but enthusiasts for bounty social media especially facebook still many who menggunakkannya for an ICO.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

i'd choose twitter and telegram as most of crypto influencers are on twitter and if you can get one of them write a tweet about a coin it will attract alot of potential investors .

I think facebook would have been the best since the amount of information that you could easily share is better than the other one, but since thay have stopped advertising icos, twitter just replaced facebook's spot, since people can easily see what icos are trending and how are they doing.

No doubt facebook is really the place to go to in promoting anything. Though ico ads are banned you can still promote ico in facebook via twitter. Just link your facebook account to your twitter and everything you tweeted will be posted in your facebook timeline as well. On a side note, I can still see ico promotions in facebook so I don't know how they regulate their stand on banning ico ads in their platform.

I think this forum is the most appropriate to promote ico, like me who is promoting kwh coin I can also see others are promoting their project, if other forums like fb and twitter are too global to do promotion

Yes of course, facebook is number one for promoting ICOs but not only facebook and other services too because there are many people that are using facebook and when they post or shared about a project it can be spread worldwide in an instant. This was change when facebook suddenly ban crypto related ads and i think most people now are using twitter and other medium for promoting ico in a social media platform.

I think almost all of the social media have the same opportunities yet to Twitter may be seeded because of Twitter users may be much more numerous. currently, even an awful lot of ICO are starting to get into Twitter for promotion and many were successful from the road.

Since the Cryptobusiness has touched the society, the social media, by the virtue of its nature, has become more inclined to promoting ICOs. The Twitter, Bitcointalk, Facebook, Telegram are such examples where the ICOs are discussed to a great extent, thereafter comes the twitter and the facebook.

I agree. Twitter is definitely in the lead. And I doubt the position of redit. In any case, the gap from Twitter is very large in terms of audience reach.

I think telegram only serves as an ICO announcement. Steemit and Reddit are also great for promoting ICO. Facebook has a larger and wider audience to promote ICO, twitter also does the same thing as facebook but Telegram is really meant for only ICO participants

in my oppinion for promoting an ICO in sosial media is twitter, facebook and youtube, because many user can easily find and read about ICO and we can follow this ways to promote our project and usually many investors of ICOs on there.

For promotion and marketing the best social media - YouTube, its 100%. People like video most than text.
Also Telegram good way to promote ICO.

Number 1 is the best option"twitter" for advertising cryptocurrency since many people in the world have twitter account. It doesn't require much to get account with Twitter and it is very easy to understand by all.

For me, the best social media to promote an ICO was facebook. Because face was access by every body so there was a large potential of customers on it. There many people will be informed about ICO.

Like the title says, i would like some feedback from the experts in this industry, so far i have gathered these 5 most important that seem to be used by everyone, can you add more ways?

1. Twitter
2. Reddit
3. This forum
4. Telegram
5. Slack (which i heard is full of scammers)

From my experience i would go for This forum, Twitter, Telegram and reddit... Facebook used to be good when it came to promoting ICO ads but i think the banned the advertising of ICOs on facebook which makes facebook not to future on my list
