And what kind of proposals, if not secret? Are they related to constructive changes in the system, or do you have advice for designers?

And for developers and designers. Much more clearly work services, in which there is a history of orders, saved profiles and loyalty. I did not find all this in their project

But then it is a full-scale decentralized market of freelancing. There is a completely different terminology, and the word "loyalty" - at this stage I personally consider the relative

But nobody canceled loyalty

This can be in case of using a block-chain. at the moment, technologies contribute to a centralized bank of tasks

Well, I see! I still have a lot of controversial questions about the project, in which I can not figure it out by reading White Paper

"Review panels are created for each dispute and consist of randomly selected reviewers." - And on what algorithm is the randomization of reviewers built? A simple random, or a sample by rating or by the number of coins on the account?

Uh, no, I can only guess the answer to this question. Most likely, a sample will be sampled according to a number of criteria. Most likely, all criteria will be taken into account here, that you wrote

This is quite a significant part of the work for both freelancers and customers

Could you tell me more about this algorithm? this is one of those questions that I could not make out on my own!

He told about that:
There are 10 reviewers on average in the panel, though that number is not deterministic. Reviewers are not aware of other reviewers. Voting is done in two stages: commit and reveal; the idea being that no reviewer can wait to see how other reviewers voted. The proposed system satisfies Nash equilibrium as no party has incentive to change their game strategy, considering that other parties keep their strategies fixed.

Yes exactly! Nash equilibrium - concept of solution, one of the key concepts of game theory. This is the name of a set of strategies in a game for two or more players, in which no participant can increase the winnings by changing his strategy if the other participants of their strategies do not change.
