I generally do not understand how this principle will be chosen by users who will perform a check of a particular job.
These users are randomly selected from among users of this platform. Randomly? That is, you can not influence the sample of those who will check the work of freelancers, yes? For example, the downloader or the freelancer himself can negotiate with those who will check the work so that they make the decision that either side will tell them. How to be in this situation? None of the parties to this transaction has contacts of other participants. Therefore, they can not agree in any way. or it will be incredibly difficult to do. And besides, such a scheme is easily identified and all the perpetrators will be banned in the system. so this is unlikely!  |

I believe that yes But I read in Whitepaper, developers write that the ethereum platform has significant drawbacks and is not profitable in order to create a project based on this. I thought they would use Monero or something like that, would not they? |
