Their are more platform like this project but I think this project has more features as compared to others and will have a user friendly platform. Developer here are also very active which attracts more investors here to invest in this platform and increase its value.

I think very small number of projects use fiat on their platform as these projects are decentralised and can be managed by  a group of individuals.
