Investing in ICOs is a decision which each individual must decide alone. There are many ICOs and as the time passes by a base of the ICOs is growing. Developers are presenting many projects that can succeed in the end or fail. A good or bad investment is a relative term cause it is hard to evaluate which ICO will succeed in the ICO phase. People are hoping for the big breakthrough after the launch of the project and they are considering many ICOs in which they can invest in. Many ICOs are scams and because of that many investors are waiting for the replacement of tokens into coins to see the real price that can be shown after funds have been raised to push the project to the market. I personally think that investing into right ICO can bring you a nice profit in the future.

Don't invest in #ICO unless you know the main thing for a #ICO. Maximum ICOs are failing, they just pump and dump and then vanish. If you really want to invest your money then there are a lot of options for you, bro. You can trade some familiar coins like waves, eth, LTC and of course btc. Invest in ICO is a very risky, you may earn some good money and you may lose your all money!!
At first, research yourself, then take a decision for invest. Good luck.
The ICO trending are being the end. Because there are many scam projects and made the investors lost money. Lending ICOs and Airdrop are the factors made the ICOs ecosystem become trash and speculative more. |

This is a very cool investment if you are well aware of this and are able to choose the right projects and for the beginner it is better to start better just follow the projects and after the analysis is already investing |

If you know the project well and have faith in the success of the project, its a good investment. Understand every facet before investing and find out if any legal issues are there. Not all ICOs are bad, some of them are come with great vision, idea and implementation.

There are a lot of ICO's out there nowadays, some have proven to be good at investing at some are proven as a scam so first things first, be careful on what you choose for. ICO's are good for long term investment, you just gotta find the right one. I dont want to give a suggestion's of ICO's because nowadays it really is hard to find an ICO that will benefit you for investing. All i know is good ICO's for short-term investment.

Short answer: It depends!
Cryptoeconomy is a wild west. So there are many ICOs that a completely bad to invest (scams). Lots more ICOs are just crap. Good idea, real intention to create a useful product, but fail in the future for some reason. It could be a weak dev team or wrong marketing decisions lead to low scalability. Future is always uncertain for most of IT projects.
It's very hard to say...

Some are good and there are bad so it depends on what you will choose between the two. It's hard to find those good ones so you must be really careful if you are planning to invest.

Yeah there are lot of ICO that considered a scam but there are also good ICO that really profitable the important things is you should know their road map their platform and their white paper if it is really reliable, if these things are fully defined then this ICO has bigger chance of being profitable, and you can find a ICO that is higher rank in the coin cap, that has already earned reputation and trust this ICO is really profitable. |

in my own experience. ico is a very risky investment because you are not sure if its good or not. you gamble your money and you can have a profit or lost it. all the papers can be fake or real just be carefull to your chosen ico.

i think invest in ICOs is very profitable thing.But you must choose the right project to invest in ICOs.we can see lot of ICOs are emerging these days.some are ordinary projects that don't have real value.some are just scams.its your responsibility to do some research about the ICO you going to invest.specially closely study their roadmap,white paper and founders.and always select a unique project.then invest in it.you will get lot of profit from investing in ICOs if you do it right.

If you "heard about ICO recently", don't do it. There are a lot of factors in play in these projects that can make project successful or just a complete disaster, so you need to have a grasp on before making a decision to jump into ICO. I recommend you to do some research on how ICO works and what to know about them before trying to invest in one project. Good luck.
goodpoint,thats the best way to do research about the specific ICO its better check first those persons involving the project if they are reliable and trustworthy.and the whitepaper same as the roadmaps so from then you may analyze what kind of project that ico is |

it may depend on the ICO that you we're planning to invest and if you do not do your own research where you can invest your money you will just lose that money but if you done it maybe you can get profit and lastly done invest all your money on single ICO invest money that you can lose only

ICO could be a good investment, or it could be a total disaster for you. Always do your own research before investing on it, but well, there is no safe investment as well,right? There are lots of potential ICO, but I believe most ICO will be a rubbish coin eventually. Always check their whitepaper, roadmap, circulating supply, and social media. This is the easiest way to check it (even though it's not 100% means you're safe though). I hope you invested on right altcoins!!
