There are some legit ones out there for sure but still we should be careful I wouldn't suggest anyone to invest their money without doing a little research at least you should be reading the whitepaper. It is a good investment but you need to get the project completely before making any decisions.

Yes ico is another good form of investment but keep in mind that there is risk involved in investing in ico. That our money will grow or not or the worst case scenario is the developer or admin will do ico just to scam investor. We are lucky if the project is success then their token price multiplied by 5 or 10. Then it's a win for us and this is the reason why i invest in some ico's.

1. there are a lot of scammers, raises fund and disappears
2. price can go to zero, crap project etc.
