It seems quite strange actually, if you can really win long term then why not just profit yourself, you can get infinitely rich. It's like those people who claim they have a winning strategy on the roulette and try to sell it, why not use it yourself if it works?
I don't find it something strange because it's quite a norm now if someone is good at predicting and giving good tips for gambling games or specific with sports betting that's also a success for them if the people followed their tips are also winning. They are just not selfish to become rich only by themselves but they want to share it so they keep on helping people and just trying to help us with their tips but don't blame them if you follow their tips and it fails. |

As far as i know some tipster are affiliated with some gambling site,i once saw a tipster here who is affiliated with nitrogensport hes giving away so much tips on who`s to bet and the odd on nitrogensport.
Its fairly a good way to advertise your gambling site if you have a good tipster and add some promotion to it.

I don't find it something strange because it's quite a norm now if someone is good at predicting and giving good tips for gambling games or specific with sports betting that's also a success for them if the people followed their tips are also winning. They are just not selfish to become rich only by themselves but they want to share it so they keep on helping people and just trying to help us with their tips but don't blame them if you follow their tips and it fails. Exactly. And I think there's a unwritten rule for gamblers to really share a good tip if they have one. I remember a friend back then who is giving us good tips in horse racing because he is close to some of the horse owners and he himself is a horse training. It was really a good tip because we have won a lot of money back then. So I believed that each gamblers loves to share this tips to fellow gamblers. |

Its fairly a good way to advertise your gambling site if you have a good tipster and add some promotion to it.
Well, they do what they need to do and they need to be a reputable tipster in order for people to sign up in their affiliate link. However if you are an experience gambler you know what to do, you just have to follow the tip and just bet on the site which you think you enjoyed playing. I remember before when I was too eager to win and I sign up to the affiliate program given by a tipster just for the free tips but sadly the tips were not consistent so I loss my interest and until now I am only betting based on my own analysis. |

I never shared tips in casino, I prefer to share winning with my close friends, when I win something big I give some to my friends that like to gamble too. Giving tips can be seen as a superstition, we give and we expect to have more luck and win more. On gambling sites with chat I saw many times how some people share tips after big wins, and some tips are very generous and some are little, I got tips few times. People who tip others after big wins don`t have some benefit from sharing tips, as I said its just a kind of superstitions you need to give to get, but gambling will always be gambling, sometimes you will win and sometimes you will lose, giving tips has nothing with outcome. |

I like what you said, but I think they are talking about other tips which are not money but suggestions on how to play dice or poker or on which team to bet in sports. yes and if he is really a good tipster then he can convinve people to follow his tips and people will see the chance to win the games. i think while he give tips to other people, he can always promote his affiliate so if people believe with his tips then that people will surely join into his affiliate links and the tipster can make double profit which is he got trust from people and the second is he can make additional money from his affiliate. |

Most of the tipsters have a free service and they have a paid service as well where they give paid tips for those who pay for them mostly their free tips are a means to get followers who will later buy their paid tips. Its all about making money. |

Yes, the end result from such thing will not far from money whether it is tip, referral link, subscription fee, etc. I like to read when there are some free tips from others even though I won't depend on their prediction. At least by doing such thing I can compare my own prediction with theirs. |

At least by doing such thing I can compare my own prediction with theirs. I agree, people don't do stuff out of thin air. They will likely do it because of some reason. Well these tips, predictions and other stuff are all just for the purpose of making a profit. Indeed they are aiming for those you have enumerated. I believe there is really nothing free in this world, everything has a cost. Anyway, it may seem free, but like google it has some sort of hidden agenda. |

From my understanding, they want to build reputation first by giving free tips until a lot of people trust them, then they will offer a subscription service where you pay for better tips. They also hope to get some donations / tip from people who use their predicion and win something big. |

This is somethin that i find funny and comical as i think that there is somethign wrong with people giving advices. it because they want to help others win and i know for acfact that they dont fove out their secret its more of how they started to win. |

yes they may work for some casinos, that means they will do marketing for some particular casino sites. From this, the site owners will get many players, and it is profit for the owner, and the tipster will get money from buyers as well as casino owners. This is just my observation, but I am not sure. |

OP please try to explain in more detail because can't understand one thing: When someone suggest you to bet on sport teams or etc, what does pool filling has to do here?
As it was said, sharing of tips is fun for someone, others asks for money or people are enthusiastic and do this because they want to do this. And why do you care about that? Just ignore it.

Why some people can't understand that besides money and financial status we have something called fame or recognition.
Most tipsters seek the latter and therefore they are willing to share their tips for free, some of them after reaching certain point,
when people realize their tips are actually really good and useful. Then tipsters usually start to offer premium tips as well...

This is the nearest thing comes into my mind why they do such thing.They do try to build up their reputation and later on they would ask for subscription or just waiting for the tips given by those people who do follow his tips but yet we dont know whats on the minds of those tipsters.Either they do that for possible business or just completely free. |
