Don't worry, they are the same one, just they got new developers to develop this project without any affect on the coins. Still using the same wallet with the same coin name too.

Yes, there are quite few big and huge projects out there but it is no wrong for another small fish to give a try. More choices are better than just a few that dominate the market. I think if Gplay do it properly and come out with proper roadmap, it will success in no time.
