What wallets should i use for altcoins? Bought some LTC not sure what's better
A cold wallet recommendation is nano ledger. An iOS wallet recommendation is Jaxx. A hot wallet recommendation is through myetherwallet . Else, you can always gamble, take a small risk and hold some monies on-line in an exchange if you’re a day trader this would be most convenient. The only question about the latter is which exchange to use and the best suggestion is the exchange which is recognized in some way by the country you’re in. This might not be ideal, yet it warrants some peace of mind that it has its act together more so than others.

With MyEtherWallet you can easily add new ERC20 tokens that are not yet but I found it to be rather known to your wallet.
be able to do this as well in coinomi, hard and cumbersome.

I personally use myetherwallet for currency i know i will use in the near future, it's the best and complete tool, if you want to interact with Etherdelta i'd suggest Metamask, a chrome extention supported natively on ED.

Then the best choise to store value: an hardware wallet, i'm using a ledger nano S, but you can buy also a Trezor or keepkey.

My preference coincides with the majority of participants in this MyEtherWallet. A truly multi-functional wallet. But be careful, do not go for fake sites MyEtherWallet.

What wallets should i use for altcoins? Bought some LTC not sure what's better
If you have a desktop, I will advise you go for Exodus wallet. I am pleased with their huge support and the UI of the app. A lot of new alts are always added and there is even an inbuilt exchange integration to exchange altcoins directly without issues using shape shift.

Asides all these, you have access to the private key of all your assets which makes it even better for anyone trying to have full control of their assets.

the most common wallet that we've been using here is the myetherwallet. Go to myetherwallet.com and get your own account. It's convenient and most of the bounties use etherwallet as well.

According to my experience coinbase wallet is good. It is very easy to use and it is more secure to save your altcoins. Transaction fee also low compare to othee wallets.

I use myetherwallet for ether, it is convenient very much, if you participate in airdrops, you can immediately sell tokens on etherdelta, for bitcoin blochkchain. For large sums of course it's better to use cold wallets.

If you have a big stack of altcoins you should put them in a few wallets.
Don't use just one wallet.
Exactly, I Understand the point you are trying to make there. It is better to put or split your coins into two or more different wallets because you never can tell what might happen any of them.
To OP, I suggest you should consider using Myetherwallet, this is very good for ICO tokens and Ethereum too. The security is good. And make sure you are in the right website when signing up.
Another wallet you might want to consider is Coinbase, its also a good website too with good reviews. Though, its also an exchange site.

I suggest Etherwallet.. You can probably put your coins here and a safe one too. Just always remember your private key and never give it to anyone,

MEW. My advice is to use it. especially if you're a bounty hunter then very suitable when using the MEW due can be used to hold many coins from the bounty.

I completely agree with your opinion, but one drawback with the etherium purse is that if keys are lost, then nothing will be restored. Hence all your coins will be lost. But for security reasons myetherwallet is the purse that deserves the highest award.

Most of people use MyEtherWallet. Because MyEtherWallet is supported by ERC20 so alots of crypto currencies based on ethereum can be received in MyEtherWallet.

Use MyEtherWallet as a temporary storage only because this wallet is open so that other people can see what coins and tokens are there in our wallet.

I think that you are making a mistake if you use the exchanger addresses to store your coins.
