I am a newbie in Bitcoin Forum.I know some of the most important uses of Bitcoin.They are:
1.You can buy a flight ticket.
2.You can rent a hotel room.
3.you can buy pizza and other food related goods.
4.You can use it as a investment vehicle because bitcoin will continue to grow in value.
I want to know other important uses of it.
some rich use this as a Gambling This particular use for bitcoin is facilitated by the fact that cryptocurrency is a decentralized form of payment, meaning that it doesn’t belong to any government and is not subject to any government’s regulations. This allows users from all over the world to gamble online using bitcoin, regardless of what the laws regarding gambling may be in their particular location. |

The most common use of bitcoin for me is this servers as a tool for us the be an investors. Because in the real investment world we all know that we need a lot of money just the buy a share. But here in bitcoin a small amount of money can be consider. But like in the real investment world the profit is always depending on your capital. So the big capital or investment you will put in the big profit you will also have. Also what good in bitcoin is you can used this to buy some stuffs online. In this modern day that shopping can be thru online. Bitcoin were been incorporated with that system. There are a lot of online stores that accept bitcoin as a way of payment.

the most common of uses for bitcoin now is buying altcoin and the next is buying goods or what so ever but the priority now of bitcoin holder is buy altcoin...
I think So many things have contradicted btc to be a good form of transactional currency with issues about fees, payments, and restrictions from various countries. That's probably the reason why btc is down most of this month as well. I do not think it's about time for bitcoin to be seen as a transactional payment method as you mentioned. It's more about being a good investment and a chance to make good money in the long run. |

basically bitcoin is created as digital money in the hope that it can be used as a means of payment but many obstacles to receive bitcoin as a medium of paying so until now more bitcoin is used for trading than as a means of payment

It can be stored as an asset , store of value, if you keep it in your wallet this kind of asset does not depreciate over time and the statistics have told us that it usually appreciate over time , the price of it keeps growing from year to year.
It can be used to buy digital goods and subscriptions , in some specific websites you can even by real goods with it, like in overstock.com
It can be used to trade, you can exchange it for different altcoins in order to make profit from trading.
It can also be used for bad purposes such as money laundering but still this happens rarely as the most common currency for money laundering is the USD.

The most common use of bitcoin is as a store f value or investment vehicle.People generally buy bitcoin so that they can make some cash from it.Buy low,sell high.Basically trade.bitcoin still has some milestone to cross before it can generally be used as a currency.So for now,it is more of an asset than it is a currency.The volatility makes it difficult to use as a currency. |

You are very correct.Exactly my point also.The volatility is too high for it to be use ascurrency.It is more of an asset or a store of value than it is a currency.This is why some merchants are reluctant in accepting bitcoin payment because they are not sure if the value will drop by the end of business day or if it will increase.They rather just use fiat and avoid the headaches associated with voaltility.It doesnt in anyway mean btc is bad,it only means it still need to grow to be a better currency option. |

For me the most common uses of bitcoin is to provide cash assistance for basic expenses of many people then savings for some and investments for those people who believe that they will earn good profit by holding bitcoin even in a short period of time
I use my bitcoin for investing and the profit I get for my investment, the most common I use it is for my tuition fee and my daily expenses. And I hold some of bitcoin for short term investment there profit I used it for my household bill. |
