Can i please get in contact with someone at casino bitcoin. I woke up this morning and noticed that all my coins that were on the site are now missing except .29 mBTC.
The transactions do not show any cashout so it looks like someone got control of the account and gambled it away. I would like to know exactly what happened.

Way behind on this addition to your Casino/Sportsbook. Kind of disappointing it took a bunch of hacked accounts for this to successfully be provided...not saying it was from that but literally 24 hours ago implementation of 2FA would have prevented a lot of hacked accounts which occurred overnight. |

Agreed alabamafan1 - we had this on our roadmap, and were probably a week away from going live; however, the events that unfolded this AM made us streamline this change to production in the quickest possible manner.

You have a problem in 2GA.You should verify the number first to make sure user whether or not have enable the 2GA rightly.
I just click to enable 2ga, but I didn't scan the QR Code. When I refresh the page, it shows I have enable the 2GA successful.
So, I can't log in now. Shows "Warning!Google 2-Factor Incorrect."

I was playing roulette yesterday, bet the min 1 mBTC and hit the spin button - the game froze so I refreshed the page. When I logged back in all of my account was drained, except for .17mBTC, there is nothing new in the transaction history. I emailed support 24 hours ago and no reply so far...

I went and logged in today to play a little blackjack and found .3 BTC has disappeared. I just sent an email to support and have not made any withdrawals since last November. Please look into this as I am very pissed that it all just disappeared.
edit: Just got a response via email. Very quick and thank you for resolving this so quickly. I enabled Google 2FA so this shouldn't happen again. Thanks guys!

Do tennis parlays work? Im trying to play a 5-match parlay on men's tennis and the odds are all wrong... When I select 5 picks with odds around -110, the parlay only plays +547 (should be at least +1600 or +2000 if Im not mistaken... I tried dropping to 2 picks and it gives odds of "0", with the "to win" at "-infinity"
Bug or disallowing tennis parlays?
Thanks in advance!
*Update* upon further research the odds only mess up when I include "total games" tennis picks.

Deposited and went to withdraw and my withdraw was put into pending. You guys are asleep now so I assume I won't have until 6am at the earliest and I won't personally see it until I wake up probably around 10am. This REALLY bothers me as I now have a buyer waiting on the BTC I agreed to sell him under the assumption that your withdraws were instant if a deposit had been made recently.
Really unhappy and won't be back until instant withdraws are guaranteed again.
