im a little bit confused about its promotions, how much do i have to rollover when i take for example red tier promotion, do i have to do 1x rollover or what?

ZERO Rollover!These comps are applied to your account nightly and you are free to withdrawal, or play right then and there! im a little bit confused about its promotions, how much do i have to rollover when i take for example red tier promotion, do i have to do 1x rollover or what?

The 1x, 1.5x, etc is based on your tier - and has nothing to do with your deposit. We reward comps based on handle, or play - see the table at the bottom of this page for an explanation! https://www.bitcoinrush.io/promotionsYou'll notice the White tier is 1.5x better than the "red" tier which all users start in. You gain entry to the next tier based on play, not wins or losses. i have a question too, does 1x bonus means that my deposit will be doubled or i will not receive any bonus at all?

I am wondering why it takes so long to make a withdrawal. The website says 8 hours and it has been 13+ hours for my withdrawal. Also I have emailed support and have not received a reply. I like the website but lack of support and inability to make timely withdrawals are making me think about finding another casino.

Processing now, apologies for the delay. Hot wallet needed some love! I am wondering why it takes so long to make a withdrawal. The website says 8 hours and it has been 13+ hours for my withdrawal. Also I have emailed support and have not received a reply. I like the website but lack of support and inability to make timely withdrawals are making me think about finding another casino.

I've never had to ask this question of any sportsbook ever -
Do you accept Deposits?
If so, how do I deposit.
If I click on the gear in the upper right, I see Withdrawal but not Deposit.

We decided to give you guys another shot, with the rebrand and all the big promises.
Wow, were we ever let down. We deposited 5 BTC to make some 1 BTC bets on MLB and found your limits have gone down by 10x!!!!!! The max bet is about 0.3 BTC now. Some moneylines had 0.14 BTC maxes.
This is a ridiculous joke. We cashed out immediately and won't be back.
I just went thru the same. Bet limit of $44.55 USD on a major sport. "This is a ridiculous joke." Agree. You're obviously horribly undercapitalized. Buh bye. |

We can assure you it's not a capitalization issue, of which we have no issue. We're just between 3rd party sportsbook providers and our top players have a long, consistent history of beating the book - especially with our current lines provider - something we don't want to participate in!
We're working on integrating a new sports provider. Updates will be posted.

Also - Limits will be raised ahead of the US Football season, we're in between odds providers at this point, and don't want to incur unnecessary risk. Thank you for creating an account just to give this feedback! We reached out to the guy/gal that was selling bitcoinrush.com via many different avenues, including his email, and the whois information, but he never responded. We're inline to get the .com when/if it expires. Pretty strange that you'd get the .io when the .com is for sale. Now if you ever become serious and want the .com you'll get totally gauged, or worse have someone else buy the .com and make you look like the copycat
