I have and I played regularly there for blackjack. Site is good and provably fair. The main advantages of it was the simple sites which makes you able to play even though you have a crappy internet connection. Other than that it is similar to the other sites

I believe they do have the proper reserves.  They are taking extremely precautionary efforts to ensure all play was fair play.  I completely agree with their decision to hold back my BTC and I'm not crying about it, this doesn't seem like an excessive amount of time.

I played fair and did nothing wrong, so I'm ok with them doing their due diligence and paying me out when they investigate.  However, taking more time than they originally communicated to me would be quite frustrating. 

One e-mail did set me back a bit - basically, it seems that even if they have no evidence of wrong doing, they can imply that there was foul play.  The quote is below.  I had huge swings playing 1.5BTC a hand.  I almost lost it all, and went up quite a bit more than I am withdrawing.   

What I'm saying is that if you were to hit on 18, selectively, and draw to a 20 or 21 - thus beating the dealer -- we would have to imagine that you knew the final deck. Therefore, we'd have to imply the integrity of the game was lost.
 
Now, I surely see some behavior that goes well against basic strategy, but like I said earlier - I'm going to leave it to our security expert to weigh in before we make any conclusions one way or another.

Hmmm so if your strategy differs from "the book's" then you are suspect and your funds that you put at risk get tied up? That is pretty strange. I don't play according to the book for lots of things for example I will sometimes split tens when the dealer is showing a five or double down on a 6-11 if the dealer is showing 5 or 6. Its not by the book at all, but its more risk for more reward.

Now, I can also tell you in our two years experience, it's rare, but not impossible, for two players to both win 11x+ and 15x+ their buyin in a given week in the same game. presstab - you won 15x twice just this past week. I want to stress that no one in the CasinoBitco.in gaming network is implying either of you gaming the system, or taking advantage of an unfounded exploit, but in order to protect our management team and partners - we need to do the proper due diligence.

Full disclosure, right now where things stand, we hired a freelance security expert that's worked with us in the past to comb through our web logs, and database logs (we capture the request / response of every action in blackjack).

I have actually never had any one on one communications with your service. I sent my first email to you guys ten minutes ago (and haven't heard back). So rest assured there is not redundancy here. Also I have 5x my money, not 15x, although I wish it was 15 . I have deposited about 6.6714 and have earned 34.03.

I am not accusing you guys of any wrong doing (and I would hope you think the same of me), but I did want a realistic expectation of when I will get my bitcoin, which i think is quite standard for a both parties of a transaction to be aware of the timeframe of the transaction.

I would like to get the log of those bets as well. Is it published on the site anywhere or can a grab them via email?

Edit: Also I am used to using real casinos in Nevada, so this waiting for my winnings concept is strange to me. I guess this isn't the same as good old fashioned brick and mortor

Disclaimer: We don't normally bring up specific account details in this open forum, but must explain the scenarios that triggered the withdrawal delays to protect the CasinoBitco.in brand and ownership.


Over this past weekend, both these players went on blackjack runs that well exceeded the expected variance we've seen in the past two years we've been operating.

Specifically, playing only blackjack (over 1000 hands each) on CasinoBitco.in:

presstab ran 5.36 into 28.2 btc

KoSoVaR ran 3.5 btc into 38 btc

While runs like this aren't unheard of, they have been rarely uncommon in the two years CasinoBitco.in has been in operations. In instances like these, we will always do some manual review of the user's play to ensure legitimacy. The reason?  Speaking just from an operations perspective, folks attempt to hack / exploit CasinoBitco.in (and most legitimate bitcoin gaming sites) on a daily basis.

During the course of our investigation, several things popped up that needed more attention from our management, as well as more scrutiny from an independent freelance whitehat hacker we've hired in the past. We won't go into the specifics to protect the player(s) from further scrutiny from other bitcoin gaming sites.

All said, earlier this afternoon, we finished our collective investigation and found no wrong doing. The CasinoBitco.in gaming network has processed both these user's withdrawals (they can vouch for it if they desire).

We do apologize for the delay; however, with the evidence we have on hand - we had to do this extra due diligence to ensure the integrity of our operations.
