I like the site a lot but I tried to withdraw and it says that I have unconfirmed deposits on a deposit that I made 2 days ago that is confirmed. Also, how long does it normally take to receive a withdraw? Thanks

Should be instant as long as you have a confirmation on all your deposits. Note - we've found that recently blockchain.info has been under DDOS attacks which prevents the lookup of confirmations (at times, not always), so feel free to try again. If you get a no-go shoot me a PM with the details and we'll sort it out ASAP.

My withdraw came through. It was probably just caught up in blockchain for a couple of hours. I also want to say that I've taken withdraws before with no problems. Thank you for the response on board as well as PM.

Hi when I sign in and look at the free pool's picks it's showing funny.  It's green and it's like I can only read every other line.  Can you fix or post the selections here?  Thanks.

In case you can't tell, I'm still alive in the pool and very excited.  Thanks for fixing this.

However, I just noticed there are 2 teams called "Lancers - 1" and "Lancers - 2".  Isn't it one team per person in the free pool?  This clearly is 1 person with 2 teams.

No it's not since I'm one of them.

He originally had them both listed as Lancers. Last week he put a 1 and 2 next to Lancers to differentiate.

That's correct - there were 2 lancers. After emailing the other Lancers (not bitcoinrocks), he confirmed it was his high school mascot... So it's just a coincidence and not the same person.

When I click on account actions after signing into my account, all i get is a white box that pops up with no way for me to deposit or withdraw.  Please help

Same things happens to me. i have found a solution myself . Click on the Help tab then click actions then deposit . That way worked for me. Hopes its works

Its a browser issue with flash ( or what brings up inset) I believe,  I have same issue when at work. ( because I dont have admin rights to upgrade)

Try another browser or computer, my fix.

Now I'm very curious as we don't have any flash on our site!

I can assure you it's not that uncommon, there is a user with the name Lancers (as his username) that choose Lancers, and another user with the username cmcwilliams that also choose Lancers for their Survivor Team.
