Can I report a bug with the Windows wallet here? Upon installation, if you click past the password entry screen it will accept a blank password, however this blank password cannot be used to log in. So the wallet is permanently stuck at the log in screen with no way to go back to the password entry. Even upon uninstallation this problems persists, so at the moment there's no way I can use the wallet.

You can try this workaround:
1. Uninstall the app and delete Hawala folder located in the c:\ProgramData folder (ProgramData is hidden folder in Windows so you have to check option "Show hidden files")
2. Install the app again and import the wallet
Then it should work.
