Hey guys,
I switched 1.3 over to sgminer and when sgminer loads it freezes and gives this error
API running in local read access mode on port 4028 (14)
Any idea what I need to do to fix this.
Phad.

When i do the command ./cgminer -n this is the output : http://imgur.com/bVxEwsT . ERROR ADL Initialisation Error! Error -21! When i login to the GUI via the webbrowser, it says that there are problems with my 2 GPU' s : http://imgur.com/u8fncqbDid you get this error fixed? I have the same problem. Everything works well with 1 GPU, but after adding the second I get the ADL Initialisation Error. -21!. I also get "ADL api failed. And, atitweak -s spits out: Error getting clock speeds for GPU1. Anyone else have the same issue? Solutions? Thanks.

Hey guys,
I am having a weird issue. CGminer will only start if I have the stock settings in my .conf file (947/1250 for my r9 290s). I can overclock them from within cgminer no problem and they are stable. But if I try to put anything other than stock in the conf file it crashes when cgminer opens.
Thoughts?

How much power you have (PSU)?

How much power you have (PSU)? I have a 750 running one card, MB, CPU, and 3 risers and an 850 running the other 2 cards. Phad.

Does the vertminer install overwrite cgminer or is it's own install?

Just install it, you need to run manuel, just need to run script. Its better way ( i think, and users suggested for that ).

If I install keccak from your link, the scrypt version of cgminer is still available ?
Or, once installed, I just have to change the "scrypt" argument in cgminer.conf by "keccak" ? and I can switch whenever I want ?

cgminer stay, you just have option to mine custom with keccak or mine with standard cgminer. Keccak you can run manuel.

hi, have few qs
1 I have my machines hanging quite a lot, is there a log file, so I can see what causes the problem?
2 Is there a chance to get remote access to machines vnc/teamviewer?
3 What about cpu mining?

I'm having a lot of problems with smos 1.3 (also with bamt 1.3) After a few minutes (random) after start mining, 100% cpu and stop hashing. The process that crashes is: / usr / bin / X: 0-audit 0-auth / var / lib / gdm /: 0.Xauth-nolisten tcp vt7 The only way to fix is a hard reboot. My config: 2 x Sapphire dual x 280x (no overclocking) I've tried dozens of configurations and different solutions without solving the problem. Can anyone help me?

Look it in /var/log/ You have video how to setup teamviewer on smos web. You can mine cpu too. @macioman I think you push your cards too much.
