I have no any nodes in conf-file but the problem is reproduced from time to time. The only solution is to delete full blockchain and resinchronize wallet (br-r-r-r-r!).
I think is't not best appearence for financial application We need another solution for this problem.

P.S. Official blockexplorer also has the same problem (stays at block 3489):

number of masternodes 18.
current number of blocks 3607.
Had to wait 2 minutes to get it from 34xx to 3607.
I haven't changed conf-file or anything.

Wallet works.

1.Go to Innova Core -wallet
2. -Tools
3.-Wallet Repair
4.-Rescan Blockhain files
5.-Rebuild Index.

I don't think nro 4 is necessary but that is what got my wallet working.
