what mining software for AMD for neoscrypt are you guys using?  I can't seem to get higher than 500 on my rx480s using ngsminer. (these same cards do 30mh+ on eth, 800+ on cryptonight...but suck for neoscrypt?)

With Gateless Gate and a RX 580, I have 640-650 kh/s.

I've followed the steps for a masternode and i've tried both ways (hosting masternode wallet on vps  and hosting the masternode wallet on windows) but in both cases when I enter 'masternode outputs' in the console or in the client wallet in ubuntu it just comes back blank.  any ideas?

You need to wait for X amount of confirmations after transferring your coins before you type that in. I think with this coin it was 6 or 7 confirmations? I waited about 20 minutes after transferring my coins before typing "masternode outputs".

thanks eventually i figured it out.  not sure what exact wasn't workign before, but i just repeated the steps again and recreated a new wallet and gen masternode and sent the funds over and this time it showed up.  its now active/enabled on the network.

so my next question is, how often do the payouts happen for these masternodes?

it varies, but it's about 10 hours on average

Don't know what i'm doing but... For sure i was following this coin almost from the beggining and i had only one question: "who are devs and what are they doing?". I didn't get an answer no matter who i ask: administrator, mod in discord, guys on telegram and so on nor of them could give me an answer. And i've found some information just looking around: in new Ann of Swipp coin (don't know can i put link here or not. use search) i've found interesting post #23. This post says that old dev left this coin and just ran away and what you think, he's made new coin. cause everyone doing business with swipp saw that this guy just changed name  of telegram account to innova (didn't even create new...) and now is driving this coin... I don't want to be alarmist but i was looking for information  about dev too long... and when i wrote this information to official telegram group of innova (that has appeared few days ago) and wanted to get some information that would change my opinion i was just banned by admin... after that i can't leave this information just as it is...
give me a hand guys... i can't understand what is happening with this coin. even stupid nick and pic of admin in discord make me cry... borngreat... winner... that's not funny already. i feel my self just as someone wants to fck me... and i'm a fair miner, trader, human...

We don't get it? What are you talking about? What Swipe? It is normal to be anonymus in crypto world. We have banned 2 persons in telegram because of FUD. They have sent more than 300 messages in one day.
And who are you self? If you have Innova Coins you can go and sell them. If you don't, the just go to another coins announcement.

that's strange because in gaming RX580 is usually faster than GTX1060. Nvidia users are lucky to have ccminer from Alexis78 and some 870 kH/s at stock frequencies (GTX1060 Gigabyte G1 Gaming 6 Gb)

with stock 8014 MHz memory it gives me only 899 kh/s if I use PL 90% +125 MHz (around 2025 MHZ) and I could bump it to 918 kH/s with overclocking my memory to 9400 MHz so I wonder what happens if I get a better PSU. This one is some 5 years old and it doesn't want me to have 2150 MHz core

I just want to say that I'm a big fan of this project. Masternode coins in general are definitely the next step in cryptocurrencies, but Innova in particular has an active developer and positive community. I'm excited to see where it goes.

I've been running a masternode for a while now and it's nearly paid itself off. In such a short time, that's amazing! Not to mention the fact that it will continue to be a source of passive income long into the future. I'm glad I took the risk!  

This was the first time I took a real risk with my portfolio (about 70% went to pay off the masternode), and I took nearly my whole position out of Bitcoin for the time being. It's not more than I could afford to lose, but I was still nervous. Now my portfolio is nearly double what it was!

On a more technical aspect, I have a question for the devs:

You say that the community will be the ones to guide the development of the coin in the future, which I think is fantastic because it opens the door to growth in many new directions. But I want to know, is there any plan to take a portion of the block rewards to put towards a pool for the community to vote on its use? (As in, 49% goes to MN, 49% goes to mining, and the remaining 2% could be pooled into a single address which is only accessible by community vote/interaction). That would allow the community more control and power to further the growth of this coin. If the community has the ability to promote an idea, vote on it, and use the funds from the community pool to hire someone to do the work, I could really see this coin fly. (Not to mention this would free this coin from relying on one developer or team, and allow the coin to grow no matter who is involved).
