Today I got my bounty tokens. SIGS is trading on HitBtc now but I can't understand is it futures or not. The price is too low at this time

First of all, you can't rely on HitBTC for accurate trends since the volume is very low. Secondly, no one wants to trade there because the high withdrawal and "deposit" fees they impose.

The seemingly poor performance of SIG in HitBTC sure does put a lot of fear in the ICO buyers.

You will only buy a wrong altcoins when you bought another coin for now buying Sig or having it will make you rich soon. Just hodl on and trust the Spectivr team as they work hard for the best of VR industry.

it is not every coin in a big exchange can make the price rise higher but at least can introduce to the trader because I see a lot of big traders who prefer to trade in big exchange, so one can conclude if going into the big exchange there will be pumps from the whales It is there .
