As a community of investors, we have to give some time to the Spectiv team in order to develop what they mentioned in the Roadmap. Spectiv team is good at the developments so we can expect some new exchanges also very soon.

What do you mean by that? All of the stakes is computed in the second spreedsheet if you check the old spreadsheet and with the new updated one. Other bounties had been distributed so far and the only left is what in the bounty thread are asking the blog campaign if im not wrong.

Spectiv seems still not listed on bit-z yet, what happened? the vote already completed for months, has bit-z changed the rule of voting?

It will still be listed but not sure when, perhaps someone could contact bit-z support and ask them or the spectiv dev team already knows but won't say yet.

You must look carefully on second spreahsheet because it's contained all stakes from old until new sheet. They even added those and distributed all bounties.

What do you mean they having problems with payments? Afaik they have finished all bounty payments (if you are reffering to this).
