I'm tired of this ethconnect joking, I made my deposit long before I started and now I'm mailing it to buy. first I have to use a vpn! then even with vpn I can not buy !!!



and worst of all is that my 2fa does not work on the site. it simply says "The two-factor authentication code you specified is incorrect." Please check the clock on your authenticator device to verify that it is in sync. "

but my other accounts work ...

for me it is enough, this is SCAM, if possible I will remove my coins from it, in case I do not assume it as lost! the market is like this

How did you disabled the 2FA? I have requested the email instructions but nothing was in the body of the email sent. The email was blank with no instructions. Can you send me a PM with the instructions? I still have the 2FA error on the login page.

First I tried to disable 2FA when logged in, however that did not work. Then I used the link at the login page that give me an email with the link. After following the link several times I still was getting the 2FA error. Then I tried using Japan VPN and after loggin in i saw that my account security became low again with no 2FA enabled.

Well, after a couple requests, they did sent me now emails with links but after following the link i get redirected to the website but still I get the 2FA authentication login request and worst of all, it still gets me the error! I am about to just give up on this ICO and just wait everything gets sorted after all this turbulence and get my money out.

keep requesting through " Disable Two-Factor Authentication" I had the same problem but finally it was sorted out. After that you'll get to the next challenge, buying the coins since you can't withdraw your BTC.  Good luck

I was also one the people that decide to disable the 2fa so I could process the purchase faster. It stopped working like most people who did what I did have come across.

I sent for the email and tried to follow the link but it didn't work until I clicked the verify button inside the bottom of the email instead of the actual link. Try the Verify button I hope it works for you like it did for me.

I'm on record in stating that I have never contacted the FBI et al. They have my number and contacted me, most of the time to see if I have some missing piece of info or see what I know which all I know is what's also available to them online but I have a knack to dig deep.
