Yes I totally agree they just wanted people to send more BTC, but I'd stoop lower than comparing them to any other HYIP program and say he/she/they/it is a moral-less low-life simple crook who just used up all their Karma.

And they had the balls to sell another 2 million tokens at $5 after the ICO
