The 1060 owns the 1070 in terms of watts per hash/s

Cheaper also.
right. but for me it would mean less GPU per box so I had to built more rigs for the same hashpower and ROI would not be better.

For sure, goes both ways.   Less motherboards/PSU's, etc...  But if you're on a budget I like the 1060's and build up slowly.

Now i have like 30 of those fukers.

no such thing mate. Please don't go overboard with such statement.

There will be no cards that rules forever. We have many cards, previously GeForce GTX 750 Ti was regarded best card forever (yeah, right!)

Currently best GPU is 1080ti.
