Kucoin have suspended the withdrawal of NEO from there exchange. The notice "Withdrawal of this asset is not available for now" is shown in the NEO withdrawal section of the exchange, unfortunately they did not have this message displayed when I went to withdraw my NEO and now I have 5 neo stuck in the system. The blockchain transaction ID that Kucoin gives is not recognised by any of the NEO explorers. It looks like Kucoin is going the way of Poloniex where users of Poloniex have found that withdrawals from Poloniex vanish into thin air.

Re: Kucion 'lost' my NEO - Happy Outcome.

I would just like to say that I am now a happy camper. I had a long chat with Kucoin in there support chat box and the stuck NEO transaction is now un-stuck (looks like a completely new transaction was made), and going by transaction time the NEO was sent a few minutes after end of chat.
The chat went failry smoothly but I think a bit of lost-in-translation went on so it did go on for a bit longer than expected.
My original NEO transaction happened at the same time as they were making changes to the NEO wallet so I think I got caught in the cross-fire.

I think the support chat box is only on during working hours but at least you get to talk to someone directly and they patiently listen to you, unlike Poloniex who seem to just ignore there customers for weeks/months on end.

I think the exchange has ambitious goal to be among the top exchanges in the space, I think all depends on how people warm their heart to discentralised exchanges and the number of new people entering the space for their exchange to growth rapidly

Grow? Price vry expansive for such small exchanges. Binance have in 10x times more daily volume

Not very easy to grow a new exchange with so much competition... I would expect some growing pains for KuCoin for some time.

The Problem is that users like the "trade-design" and tools they are used to.
And the design is "to manga" and not serious looking or just not common.
I like the design, but serious traders...?

The traffic is low, what is a pity. I like KuCoin.

KuCoin should take some cool kids/teens, give them pocked money and let them trade intensively and doing some forum/block/youtube campaigns...
Get the teens of today and have the workers of tomorrow.

Let those Kid´s or students make some KuCoin videos for newcomers:

How to implement an account on KuCoin
How to transfer Bitcoins from e.g. Kraken to KuCoin.... (Why? Beginners have to start by buying coins with fiat money...get bitcoins and move them to KuCoin...for getting RPX...)
How to move cryptos to wallets and back again...
How do I manage my account...
How can I get my profit in fiat money...e.g. back Bitcoin, then to Kraken then sell them and then SEPA etc.
Security advices...

And so on

There are so many frighten beginners or interested people outside....
Give them advice in all languages you offer on your Exchange.

This will help to generate more customers....and if there done well it will help you more than extra gifts...

I recently had a chance to try the exchange site named Kucoin. They have very successful and fast websites. I think they need to advertise solidly. Apart from that there are too many coins to add to the portfolio.

I think they they launch too late. Already exist Binance (also Hong Kong exchange). And they have much more volume. May be. if they will listed very popular coin, volume will increace

Kucoin is a good coin. Kucoin has its own product is kucoin.com. Kucoin.com shares the profit from the investor's transaction fees for kucoin holders. This is a new direction, I think it will grow well in the future.

I wouldnt have bought it if I had known that its marketcap is already at $70 million. Thats half of BNB. When I bought it, KCS was new and coinmarketcap didnt show the marketcap.

Now I just want it to come back to my buy price and I will get rid of it.

better to hold and make some break even just in case you are not willing to wait for any developments that is ongoing, I'm not holding any yet but
I'm also considering since there's some good potentials but still I need to check It out before placing some real money.

I have studied the order books, the news, promotions, charts, listings, youtube, bitcointalk, reddit, and whatever other source of information involving Kucoin.  From my perspective there is a LOT of attention on the main coins right now.  Everyone is talking about whether or not Bitconnect is a scam.  There are so many ICOs coming out, people are posting videos about whether or not more money can be made investing in ICOs. This and HYIPs.  Bitcoin cash being pumped by Korea has stunted and taken money from Kucoin's potential growth. 


Everyone focused on the fact that Bitcoin could potentially hit 10k in the near future is a reason I believe that not as many people are diversifying at this moment.  Big players like POWR, BCH, PPT, VERI, NEO, LTC (not in any particular order) have ALL recently had amazing runs over the last several weeks. With this being said and kept in mind, one must know that Kucoin is not failing or dumping. 

Many people are posting on reddit, negatively, about bots trading and coming and making it harder for orders to get filled.  In that, someone places a trade and they're seeing an order get placed 1 sat above or below the price they're trying to trade at. 

With Kucoin, like all centralized exchanges, having API bots will always be a way of life.  I honestly feel as though it is so difficult to make good money on Bittrex because there are so many bots.  Im sure there are on Coinexchange and Binance as well.  But since Bittrex has been around longer and people can easily decipher things the longer they've been around, I'm assuming that it can be easier to make more money on these other exchanges sometimes.  Newer coins listed on the former two exchanges Ive mentioned always appear to be going up 100-1000% on coinexchange. I understand there is not a lot of volume, but I have made really great trdes on binance and coinexchange. 

THE MAIN REASON i'm posting this though, is because I think the developers or someone in connection with the platform is using the bots to trade the 1700 or whatever amount of btc in 1st and 2nd place in competition for the iPhone Xs and 8s theyre giving away.  With all of this good news, new markets, and work this platform is doing, there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason that the price should not be back over 1 dollar already. 

As I said, I study the order books.  I watch the 66.6666 orders placed right after another and the 30,000 orders placed and vanished before theyre filled just to drive the price down.  It's manipulation to the max. I just hope they can hurry up and win their iPhone so they can stop trading back and forth to themselves and let the price fly like it should have been.

Just my perspective though. I've been called every name in the book...so, from your perspective, take my ramblings with a grain of salt.
