i am sure if its kucoin or ethereum network related but i have a problem. ive done a transaction to withdraw some erc20 base token from kucoin. it says succeeded on my withdraw records yet i havent recieved it in my wallet and when i try to track the transaction with the hash that kucoin provided me etherscan says we are unable to locate it.

Had a terrible experience with Kucoin exchange today. I wanted to withdraw some Ethereum and it has been about 10 hours and it still hasn't been processed yet.

Yes.. I have the same problem. It's been 18 hours and I still have not received my ETH. I think the whole team of the exchange celebrating the Chinese new year. Therefore, they do not have time to react to network congestion ETH. Support tomorrow promises to solve this problem.

Chinese new year is on 16 February 2018. But I am sure your ETH are safe and they will manually check your case if you opened support ticket.

Reading all those comments here about kucoin delayed withdrawal I'm now in doubt about using it however I want to buy UTK coin which is only available in that exchange or maybe I should wait UTK to be listed in other major exchanges.

Very interesting revenue model as well profitable for their investor, i see projects like these which are similar to others like COSS are worth and easy to success as long there are volumes which keep their profits rolling, generally investment should of course be injected for a better platform for trading as well systematic updates, development, partnerships and blockchain operations.

what I like the platform is their ref bonus but since they have removed it I might as well go back to binance.
Their kucoin bonus still got a bug and I haven't gotten my bonus since Jan 12

you can google that information. however, to save you time I'll list it since I'm a new user on their website and I really like how it's developed. no complaint so far. deposit time is same as they mention on their website (10 minutes).

Why do people keep saying it is profitable? Right now 1 share of kcs will pay $0.0015 a day. 1 kcs costs $10.34 so it takes 6893.33 days or 18.89 years to get roi (at $150 million per day volume), and that is only because the cost went down. People were saying it was profitable even when the roi got to 48 years. Even now it is a bad deal. The kcs are only as much as they are because people are stupid and can't do basic math but once they learn how it will crash.

Still, many people don't have proper idea on this because even I am hearing this is the first kucoin is sharing their profits. If they do this means automatically the price of coin will increase in the market.

The amount of money you get per share of KCS depends on their trading volume. Kucoin is a relatively new exchange so they still have room to grow. Once Kucoin gets huge volume the payout will be much higher.

Referral cancelled is great decision from Kucoin, because they want to become the strong exchange not ponzi exchange. The future of Kucoin still very promise and holding Kucoin tokens is the best way to make fortune.

I think it is right that they cancelled the referral program. It made them look super spammy and ponzi like.
Their coins are the real deal though. Very nice idea, and people have even better feeling when they receive coins rather than just pay less fees (like the Binance coin). I think the whole exchange is nicely innovative.

The only thing I wish all referals and KCS shares alike would do... change payouts into 1 currency... because now with all the dust youre acquiring its unusable until a long long time... quite annoying... would be far better if lets say KCS would give you 2 options, to either pay you all in BTC or all in KCS...
