They discontinued referral program long ago. Read announcement here: https://news.kucoin.com/en/invitation-bonus-announcement/You can see how much referral bonuses you collected, if you go to Assets and then Referral bonus in the menu. |

What are you talking about? Even normal Monero XMR is not listed on KuCoin. |

I would consider KCS a good investment if you are onto holding on coins that pay dividend
They have a working exchange, although it is not dominant like Binance but yea they are good compare to most other exchange

Waiting time for support tickets is about one week on most exchanges. Even Binance or Bittrex take few days to solve your ticket. So be patient and I am sure you will get your coins back if you didn't make mistake by yourself, for example withdrawing coins to wrong address. |

KuCoin is currently experiencing ERC-20 token withdrawals issues. While not all tokens are affected by this, a few are. Team is working to resolve this issue now, and it should be fixed shortly. Users experiencing this problem are seeing that the funds are not received. The issue is that the block recording speed is going very slow.

Users experiencing this problem are seeing that the funds are not received. The issue is that the block recording speed is going very slow.
There has been a problem with ECR20 tokens with many exchanges following a "BatchOverflow Bug" that has resulted in the exchanges suspending ECR20 token trading. Well why there is no statement from the team? I think that many users would like to be confident in the security of their funds. I did not use KuCoin, but from positive reviews I conclude that it's worth a try. |
