last few days back, i read a bad news about ku coin
if i not wrong it says that kucon office are  empty, so its like fake office
and that means the exchange are just random unknown market which no one know where it exists 

You're too late. Information you got is fud. Kucoin office went transferring to Singapore. They are legit and will continue to cater its clients and develop its platform better.

I had LOC tokens which I converted on Kucoin. I have about 0.00008500 LOC/BTC. I was trying to sell the same, but I am experiencing problems. When I go into sell and select Max and then click Sell, I get a message :  Min amount each order 1.0. Yet when I click on Max the amount shows as 0.0001.

I have 0.00040000 btc in Kucoin. Can I buy kucoin shares with this? What is the minimum amount for buying and selling?

Please help.

On Kucoin, and other exchanges, coins will have a minimum amount that can be traded (different amount for different coins) so if you have less than, say 1.0 LOC, and the minimum amount you can sell is 1.0 LOC then you will get a message telling you what the minimum amount is that can be sold.

I'm using kucoin for long time because it's the best exchange for me. The important matters that exchanges must have are the efficiency and stability of the platform.

I sell many tokens in KuCoin like INS (INS Ecosystem)  and IOST. Developers choose this platform as one of the official exchange site of their token and prioritize it. Based on my own experiences, KuCoin is one of the exchanges that has bigger volumes. We know that bigger volumes comes up with bigger prices so it really matters.

KuCoin has also a similar exchange and I can say that they're both good exchanges, Binance. I can approve all the statements of the OP because all of them are facts. I don't post here but when I see this thread, I really wanted to support them because of their good service too.

The Binance exchange was never hacked, the well publicised "hack" was as a result of customers' API keys having been compromised (a bit like having your password stolen), but the pump-and-dump of Bytecoin (BCN) was a moment that Binance dropped the ball and Binance should have been more careful.

KuCoin will upgrade HSR into HC in the coming days. The upgrade schedule is as follows:
1.KuCoin will close trading of all HSR trading pairs at 16:00 (UTC+8), Sep 25, 2018. We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of HSR as soon as possible.
2.To complete the upgrade, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ HSR assets at 16:00 (UTC+8), Sep 25, 2018.  After the snapshot, we will convert HSR into HC at a ratio of 1:1. (1 HSR = 1 HC).

That's their right to choose for an exchange for they might not see what they're looking for in binance that other cryptomarket(s) has/have. In other words, not all cryptomarkets are design to please or going to work for all crypto investors and traders. One good reason for people trying to use other cryptomarket like Kucoin is that crypto investors and traders like to have dividends which KuCoin offers.
