hi, ive noticed on the explorer, that the block found times are no where near 5minutes like there supposed to be, can someone please explain to me why....cheers...if there not spot on 5minutes each , ive seen them at 20minutes each at times then its not worthwhile for me to pool mine
edit..this is going effect the half reward block at four years calculation at 5minutes per block
edit..are we being denial-of-service attack (DoS attack) - can someone prove we are not
edit..holyshit Block #76035 took 49minutes to pool mine 49minutes , I was in at 0.00001400 last year , when asics weren't mining ZEC back then the return I kept buying OC sha256t from I/o , even at the low price now, I wont be buying anymore OC, all in at cold storage

Blocktime doesnt mean that that block will actually get mined or staked. If diff goes up and a big miner drops the rest of the miners will have to deal with the difficulty. When it comes to pos blocks at OC those only happen if there is a tx fee in the mempool. |
