The newest NEX update is promosing although the delay is starting to get a bit too long.

i think the lottery is a good option for ICO. I was trying to participate in TheKey ICO on neo platform and it was a complete mess. 40k people were whitelisted and the site was down for like a day and only few thousand people we able to invest. this way everything is known in advance and there should be no problems during the ICO.

I don't know what spotcoin is but it looks a big shady. Why do I need to earn dividend through a new unfamiliar token with no demand if at the same time I can try to earn regular dividend through staking my NEO coin? does it make sense at all? it looks very strange. Remember Key and any other old NEO ico and they are all overrated. |

So not sure what you mean to be honest. I think he will do it "old school" - just keeping NEO and receiving GAS for it. With staking NEX tokens you can earn much more than this GAS - but nobody knows as it depends completely on the trading volume on the NEX exchange. Of course it's a bet ... |

NEX is a security token or utility token? Is NEX going to redistribute its profit to coin holders, or just like other exchanges now, provide simple exchange function and collect fees from its users. I'm looking for an exchange that redistribute profit to coin holders, or something like that.

NEX is a REGISTERED security token, holder can stake their tokens and will get a part of the trading fees, the longer you lock and stake your tokens (up to two years) the more fees you will get. NEX and NEO are new currency. NEX looks really promising, but there's another NEO decentralized exchange - Switcheo. They have a really small cap about $9 mil and they raised in pretty fast. They already have a working exchange and they plan to launch it till the end of March. So I assume that Switcheo will be a good competitor for NEX.

I really like Switcheo right now, even though the volume on there isn't great. I hope there's a place for both NEX & Switcheo though I fear in a bear market they are fighting for scraps in terms of userbase.
NEX probably would win out as people love earning coins for holding them, i'm wondering if however NEX token is going to get labelled a security.
