Binance never allowed VISA payments for Pakistan aur even if they allow, you should avoid it. Ais ki reason yeh hay k crypto Pakistan mein legal ni hay and FIA can anytime crack down on those accounts who are involved in crypto. Wasiay bhi government thinks k people are buying USDT and therefore it is one of the reason of USD spike.

You should use P2P trading on binance to buy the USDT and it is much more safer option.

In my opinion, following are the major reasons why democracy could not take deep roots in our society:

• Majority of Political leaders is selfish & corrupt with few exceptions
• Dynastic politics
• No democracy within political parties
• Foreign intervention in local politics which is a major barrier to rising of genuine leadership.
• Mismanagement of the available resources.
• Poor & inefficient judicial system

Pakistan or bht sary developing wrold k countries mein establishment strong hony ki bht bri waja corrupt or non-visionary political leadership hoti ha jin countries mein honest leadership aati ha vehan establishment ka role bht kum ho jata ha or country bi progress krny lugta ha. corrupt leadership ko black mail kerna establishment k liye bht aasan hota ha. last 30 myears se Pakistan ki politics sirf 2 families k dermayan ghoom rehi ha jis ka nateeja yeh ha unki assets toh 10K times br gai han lakin country politically economically bht weak hoa  ha or common man ko kuch nhi mila. dynastic political system ka sub se bra loss yeh hota ha k leadership merit ki bunyad pe nhi blky family ki buniyad pe aagy aati ha jis mein sahi decision leny ki ability nhi hoti. My few satoshis in this matter are, if you withdraw your USD then what happens is that Bank keep the USD (or any other foreign currency) and give you fiat currency (jo ky Pak rupee hy). Ya dollars directly govt ky control ma ho jatya hn and the government can use it for buying things like oil, LNG etc. local market ma float hona vala dollar government ky directly under control nhi hota.
There is huge community of freelancers and crypto investors here in Pakistan, if they withdraw then defiantly it can have good impact on foreign currency reserves.
