You are absolutely right that our governments are traditionally very slow in adopting new Technologies that is  why we not only left behind internationally but also in the South Asian region. We still don't have any Crypto Exchange where people can freely buy and sell their digial assets becuase necessary Legistlation/regulation is not done whereas regional countiries have number of exchanges in operation. Block chain Techmogy doesn't mean only crypto, It has  vast use case from banking to health care, sports, travel and many many mores. The sitting Government should take advantage of this great Technology to fight  poverty by creating new job opportunities through adopting  Blcok chain ..

I think that it is the next big bull run that usually happens after 3 years though the market has started to become more bullish and the bear market is pretty weak but still i don't think that it'll go to 100k usd until next year. If you can afford then try to keep these IOTX and wait for some better rate because buying high and selling low is never been good idea for anyone. In future try to have some good search before doing any buying in crypto market because it's very unpredictable market, sometime after buying you have to wait for some long time for better result.

Agar IOTX ko sale kar kay kisi doosre coin ko buy kar kay hold karna chahte hain to shayad ye sahi nahin. Jab kisi coin ko hold hi karna hai to IOTX kiyun nai.
